Join ULI Nashville’s Civic Leadership Forum for a Content Before Cocktails to tour the new Donelson Library and Donelson Plaza. During a short presentation and tours, we'll hear from Holladay Properties, the past and current Council members, HASTINGS Architecture, Centric Architecture, and Donelson Library staff about the redevelopment of Donelson Plaza and the creation of the Donelson Branch Library. From new streetscape and greenspace, to a cutting-edge library, multi-family and mixed use – Donelson Plaza demonstrates how to retrofit suburbia through public-private partnerships. We’ll end the event with drinks and light snacks at Homegrown Taproom and Kitchen in Donelson Plaza.
