The ULI SF Gala returns for its third year and this event is not one to be missed! The Gala is a once-a-year gathering in downtown San Francisco to celebrate our community and everything and everyone that makes ULI San Francisco so special and meaningful. In addition to being one of our biggest member celebrations of the year, the Gala is your chance to dress up, reconnect with your ULI peers and colleagues, and support an organization you believe in.
The economy is still challenging with far-reaching impacts on the real estate community. However, ULI SF has been a constant, Building Community for its membership throughout the ups and downs. This year’s Gala will be another wonderful opportunity to gather and celebrate your ULI SF community.
ULI SF is committed to supporting its membership through substantive programming, diverse cohorts, and philanthropic activities, including the Gala. The third annual Gala is an opportunity to engage with your fellow real estate professionals at the historic Julia Morgan Ballroom while knowing that 25% of Gala proceeds are directed towards ULI SF’s DEI initiatives.
Registration is now open, so secure your ticket today (before we sell out!) for an incredible night filled with cocktails, delicious food, live music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and great company at a historic San Francisco venue.
The dress code is festive cocktail attire.
Sponsorship
There are limited sponsor opportunities available. For $5,000 Gala Sponsors will receive four VIP tickets to the Gala, which grants access to the pre-Gala VIP reception from 5-6 pm. Sponsors will have their company logo featured at the Gala and on all Gala marketing materials. Sponsors can also purchase an additional four tickets at a discounted price. VIP Tickets
VIP tickets to the Gala include access to the exclusive Pre-Gala VIP Reception from 5-6 PM. The VIP Reception is limited to sponsors and VIP ticket holders, and it offers a chance to network with VIP guests in a more intimate environment all the while enjoying cocktails and specialty appetizers. In addition, VIPs will be recognized for their support of ULI's initiatives and mission-driven work at the event and on the ULI SF website. You will see the VIP ticket option on the registration page.
Early Bird VIP Tickets through July 26: $450 each
Standard VIP Tickets starting July 27: $500 each

Public Sector Discounted Tickets
Get discounted tickets for public sector group registration! Tickets, per attendee, will be $175 for 5+ attendees. Please reach out to Joy Woo at [email protected] to take advantage of this opportunity!
Discounted & Volunteer Tickets
There is a limited amount of discounted tickets available for $125 and a limited number of volunteer tickets available for $75. Volunteers will receive one ticket for the general admission portion of the Gala for volunteering about one hour of their time. Please review and apply via this form by 11:59 pm on Sunday, September 15th to be considered for either type of ticket.
There will be two application reviews:
- For applications submitted by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, July 25th, non-recipients will be eligible to receive the early bird discount rate. Non-recipients will be notified by noon on Friday, July 26th.
- The deadline to apply in the standard registration period is 11:59 pm on Sunday, September 15th. All recipients will be notified by 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 19th.
Giving Back
ULI SF believes that the best way to effect change within the industry is to lead by example. To that end, 25% of proceeds from the Gala will again be donated towards ULI SF’s DEI initiatives. Your support directly contributes to the advancement of our mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in our community – thank you!
