The Holcim Foundation and the Urban Land Institute have shared values in the pursuit of excellence, knowledge sharing, and building a better future for all. Both organizations strive to create new collaborations with land use professional practices and various universities aimed at supporting next generation talent - leading to sustainable innovation and professional development in the land use industry.
The Holcim Foundation Fellowship has convened a diverse group of participants from across North America for a two-week workshop in New York City, aimed at exploring innovative approaches to scale decarbonization and reshape the built environment. Bringing together bright students, leading professional firms, and academic and non-profit organizations, the Holcim Foundation Fellowship explores pressing challenges and discusses ways to cultivate a deep understanding of sustainable practices, foster collaborative problem-solving, and drive innovation.
Panelists involved in the Fellowship will discuss strategies for scaling up from individual projects to global impact and the role of emerging professionals in driving the necessary transformation. Join us on August 14, 2024 as we share insights and experiences in decarbonization.
