    ULIジャパンNEXTは、1月21日にULI Japan NEXT 新年会 / ゲストトーク：「次世代経営者が見据える未来」イベントを開催いたします。 本イベントでは、20代より家業の経営に参画し、2023年に代表取締役社長 兼 グループCEOに就任した加藤 宏明氏（代表取締役社長 兼 グループCEO）をお招きし、次世代の経営者が捉えるこれからのビジネス機会と展望について、ファイヤーサイドチャットを行います。 
    同社は2025年11月にラグジュアリーリゾート「ふふ 東京 銀座」をオープンし、続く2026年3月には「ふふ 城ヶ島 海風のしらべ」の開業を予定しています。ULI YLGステアリングコミッティとしても活動されていた加藤氏のご厚意により、ネットワーキングイベントの最後に宿泊チケットなど豪華景品をかけた、「じゃんけん大会」を開催いたします。

    ULI Japan NEXT will host the ULI Japan NEXT New Year's Party / Fireside Chat: "The Future of Next Generation Leadership" on January 21. Mr. Hiroaki Kato, who joined his family business in his twenties and was appointed President, Representative Director and Group CEO in 2023, will join us for a fireside chat exploring future business opportunities and perspectives from the next generation of leaders.
    The company opened its luxury resort “Fufu Tokyo Ginza” in November 2025 and is planning to launch “Fufu Jogashima – Umikaze no Shirabe” in March 2026. Thanks to Mr. Kato’s generosity—who also previously served on the ULI YLG Steering Committee—we will conclude the networking session with a rock-paper-scissors contest offering luxury prizes, including accommodation vouchers.
