    As Singapore’s first WELL Core™ Platinum-certified building, SJ Campus has earned numerous accolades, including the Engineering News-Record (ENR) Global Best Projects – Office Award, BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy, BCA-HPB Green Mark Platinum for Healthier Workplaces, and the BCA Design and Engineering Safety Award.     Peet Mun Chew

    Managing Director, Investment & Development, CapitaLand Development

    Peet Mun is Managing Director, Investment & Development, in CapitaLand Development Singapore. Prior to this appointment, he was Managing Director, Workspace & Residential in CapitaLand Singapore, and was also concurrently the Head of Investment & Asset Management in CapitaLand’s commercial REIT, CapitaLand Commercial Trust, from 2008 to 2019. He has been responsible for investing into and driving the asset performance of both operating as well as development properties across different asset classes throughout his various appointments within the CapitaLand Group. This included commercial, business park/industrial, residential and mixed-use projects primarily in Singapore and Malaysia. His experience in finance and real estate spans over 20 years, during which he acquired in-depth experience in real estate investment, asset management, and capital management, including the structuring and Initial Public Offering of various CapitaLand-sponsored private funds and real estate investment trusts.

    Jan Seow

    Group Director, Land Planning & Redevelopment, JTC Corporation

    Ms Seow is the Group Director of the Land Planning and Redevelopment Group, where she spearheads the strategic land planning and formulation of initiatives to optimize industrial land resources in support of Singapore’s manufacturing sector towards Singapore’s overall economic development. In this capacity, she leads the promotion of innovative architectural and urban design concepts, while also overseeing the integration of environmental sustainability practices to ensure JTC’s industrial estates and developments harmonize with natural biodiversity. Prior to her current role, Ms Seow served as the Director at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), where she played a pivotal role in developing comprehensive land planning strategies for Singapore within the Strategic Planning and Physical Planning Departments. During her tenure, she led a Whole-of-Government review of long-term land use and infrastructure plans, and was instrumental in the development of pioneering digital applications and tools to enhance land planning, including exploring an agent-based transport modelling tool. Additionally, Ms Seow was responsible for driving strategic corporate planning and public engagement efforts as Director off URA’s Organisation Excellence Department and Corporate Communications Department respectively. Ms Seow graduated with a Masters in Public Administration from the National University of Singapore.

    Michael Leong

    Senior Executive Director, Architecture and Design, Global Lead Buildings + Cities, Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte. Ltd.

    With a strong background in urban planning and extensive experience in complex buildings, Michael brings deeply considered insights on sustainable design to a wide spectrum of project typologies. His systematic and thorough approach of designing from a macro to micro perspective not only ensures buildings dialogue with their environment, they also create inclusive spaces that promote human health and wellness. Presently, Michael leads the design for the Woodlands Health Campus (WHC) project, which will be one of Singapore’s largest healthcare facilities when fully completed. Its design integrates technology and nature to deliver patient-centred care and to promote healing through nature, using innovative sustainability solutions such as passive design, adeptly addressing urban and climatic challenges to optimise the well-being and comfort of the building's occupants. Since joining SAA in 2008, Michael has contributed to numerous award-winning projects for SAA, including Northpoint City, jem, and St Joseph’s Home.

    Rahul Mittal

    Director, Cistri

    Rahul is a recognised leader in his field, renowned for working on major urban development projects around the globe. He has more than fifteen years of in-depth consulting experience in master planning, urban design and landscape architecture. Over the course of his career Rahul has worked on major projects around the world, spanning the USA, India, China, Japan and multiple countries in Southeast Asia. The projects include new town planning, redevelopment of waterfronts, business and industrial parks, mixed use developments, urban infill and redevelopments, airport cities, golf course and resort developments. In addition to his consulting work Rahul speaks regularly at real estate related conferences in the region and is a visiting faculty member at the Department of Real Estate, National University, Singapore.
