    Simon Chinn

    Vice President Research & Advisory Services, Urban Land Institute - Europe

    Simon is Vice President, Research & Advisory Services at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he is responsible for managing its innovative research agenda covering the key issues shaping the future of the real estate industry including climate change and sustainability, investment and development trends and shifts in demography and technological change. Prior to joining ULI, Simon specialised in research on global cities and real estate for Grosvenor, one of the world’s largest privately-owned international property businesses. Simon’s role involved undertaking analysis on global city developments to inform the company’s long-term strategy and thinking on cities. He has undertaken major research projects on megatrends for real estate, examining topics such as urbanisation, demographic change, digital disruption and climate change. Simon also has previous experience working in urban planning, economic development and strategic consulting for the retail sector. He holds an MSc in Urban Economic Development from The Bartlett Development Planning Unit, University College London.

    Yvonne Siew

    Managing Director & Head, Product Development and Wealth Markets, Private Capital Markets, CapitaLand Investment

    Yvonne leads product development, client services, and marketing communications for CapitaLand Investment (CLI)’s private funds, while also spearheading the growth of its private wealth business. Yvonne has more than 20 years of experience across the real estate spectrum, focusing on origination, underwriting investors' returns, due diligence and structuring real estate investment opportunities for clients globally. Prior to joining CLI, Yvonne was the Head of Real Estate Advisory and Investments at the Bank of Singapore. Before joining the bank in 2019, she was the Executive Director, Global Capital Markets at CBRE. Before that, she was the Head of Asia Real Estate at Citi Private Bank. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.

    Serge Fautre

    Chief Executive Officer, AG Real Estate

    Serge Fautré is Chief Executive Officer of AG Real Estate, the real estate arm of Belgian insurer AG, and real estate advisor of Ageas. He joined AG Real Estate in 2012, after ten years as Chief Executive Officer of Cofinimmo. He served as Chairman of EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) from 2005 to 2009. He is Chairman of Interparking and Anima (care homes for elderly), Vice-Chairman of Ascencio, Honorary Chairman of UPSI/BVS (Belgian Professional Real Estate Association), which he chaired from 2017 to 2020, and Chairman of the Real Estate Executive Master programme at UCL St Louis. He is a Board Member of Société de la Tour Eiffel, and was also a Board Member of the French insurer AG2R La Mondiale from 2000 to 2020. He holds a Master in Economics from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and a Master of Business Administration from Chicago Booth Business School (1983).

    Gareth Lewis

    Director, PwC

    Gareth is a Director in the PwC Real Estate Corporate Finance team and has over 20 years multi-disciplined experience across the UK, European and global real estate sector. He leads PwC’s real estate thought leadership and research on behalf of the European firm, including PwC/ULI Emerging Trends in Real Estate European and Global reports. Having started his career as a real estate advisor in London and New York, he spent a number of years as an industry representative for the British Property Federation (BPF), European Public Real Association (EPRA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). During his 5 years at EPRA, he represented the European REIT sector in their engagements with governments, regulators and global investors. At PwC, Gareth specialises in real estate M&A and helps clients in the development and execution of their real estate strategy/operations and drives PwC’s knowledge and insight relevant to real estate businesses.

    Alex Jeffrey

    Chief Executive Officer, Savills Investment Management Pte Limited

    Alex Jeffrey has served as Chief Executive of Savills Investment Management since 1 October 2019 and was appointed to Savills Group Executive Board at that time. Alex was previously Head of Asia Pacific for M&G Investments based in Singapore, with responsibility for the development and leadership of that company’s business across all investment sectors in Asia Pacific. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive of M&G Real Estate, based in London, where he led the significant growth of the firm from c. £15bn AUM in 2012 to over £30bn in 2018. Before that he was Chief Investment Officer and CEO Europe of MGPA Limited. Alex has an MBA from INSEAD, an MA (Hons) in Law from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He serves on the Manager Advisory Council of ANREV and on the Asia World Regional Board of RICS.

    Laurent Jacquemin

    Head of North America, BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts.

    Laurent is Head of North America at BNPP AM Alts (formerly “AXA IM Alts”). He is responsible for all operations in the North American region, including overseeing investment, asset management and capital raising activities. Laurent manages c. $22 billion (€19 billion) of real estate assets with responsibility for overseeing both equity and debt investment strategies and further expanding BNPP AM Alts’ footprint in the region. Laurent is a member of the Real Estate Management Board and is President and CEO of AXA Investment Managers Japan. From 2018 until 2025, Laurent was Head of Asia Pacific and was responsible for the significant growth and diversification of AXA IM Alts’ real estate operations in the region, including an increase in assets under management to over $8 billion (€7 billion). Laurent joined AXA IM Alts in 2001 as a Corporate Finance Manager in Paris. Between 2006 and 2010 he was Head of Corporate Finance UK, before becoming Global Head of Corporate Finance. Following that, he was European Head of Transactions. Laurent began his career at Ernst & Young working in both Paris and Brussels. Laurent has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.Laurent graduated with a Master’s degree from EDHEC, the French business school.
