She began her journey in the corporate marketing team at Swire Hotels and later headed Marketing & Promotions for Pacific Place, where she helped shape the mall’s brand, loyalty and digital engagement strategies. Moving into the Taikoo Place commercial office team, she established a dedicated User Experience function, bringing hospitality grade thinking into a traditionally asset led environment and helping the business shift from a purely B2B mindset towards a more nuanced, B2C approach to office communities. In her current role, Francesca oversees a growing ecosystem of amenities – from coworking style spaces and wellness offerings to cultural and community programmes – and has been closely involved in the expansion and repositioning of amenities across the Taikoo Place portfolio. She has created and launched loyalty initiatives, restructured digital and data capabilities, and driven new customer insight programmes that inform how public areas, lobbies, lounges and event spaces are programmed and activated. Prior to joining Swire, Francesca worked with Aman Resorts, the luxury boutique hotel group, where she developed a deep appreciation for service design, sense of place and the quieter details that underpin memorable guest experiences. This background informs her current focus on how sports, culture and everyday “leisure moments” can be woven into the fabric of office and mixed use precincts, turning them into resilient, experience led destinations rather than purely places of work.
