    Webinar Summary

'Taking Stock – The Latest Update on the Landlord-Tenant Relationship Across Europe'

COVID-19, and the ongoing uncertainty, has greatly affected the built environment and all sectors of our economies that are based on physical interaction. Commercial tenants and landlords have all been affected, in some countries more than others.

In this session, our panellists will share their experience of the friction they have seen across Europe and the different approaches taken in tackling business interruptions in the short-term. We will also discuss what approaches have worked better than others and how to better align the interest between tenants and landlords over the longer term?
