Alicia leads ISPT’s pathway to carbon neutral and beyond, in alignment with their 2025 target to be 100% powered by renewable energy and to produce more carbon offsets than they use. This includes industry-leading projects such as their portfolio-wide energy efficiency program, on and off-site renewables programs, and development of a carbon conservation landbank. Alicia is an advocate for a systems-based approach to combat climate change – where stakeholders across the value chain commit to, and collaborate on, positive climate action.
In 2020, ISPT became the first property company to be certified carbon neutral across the base building operations on all ISPT owned and operated properties, as well as their corporate offices.
