    Joanne McNamara

    Joanne McNamara is Executive Vice President – Europe of Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder. In this role, Jo is responsible for all aspects of Oxford’s business across Europe. Jo is a member of Oxford’s global Executive and Investment Committees, and also a member of OMERS Portfolio Management Committee and OMERS Europe Executive Leadership Team. Jo was one of Oxford’s first team members in London, joining the European investment team in 2010, and over the past decade has contributed to and led many of the organization’s most significant transactions. Additionally, Jo accepted a new position as a Trustee for LandAid, a youth homelessness charity. Prior to joining Oxford, Jo worked in investments and development at leading real estate companies including DTZ and Hammerson. Jo has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Honours) from Cardiff University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from the Oxford Brookes University and currently lives in London. She previously received recognition as a PERE Woman of Influence and received a 2021 PERE Award for European Industry figure of the year.

    Oliver Schlink

    GSG Berlin GmbH

    Oliver Schlink gratuated from TU Berlin with a dual degree in Engineering & Business Administration in 1997 and started his business carrer as a Senior Concultant at KPMG. 2001 he joined the new founded Deutsche Annington where he worked for nine years – most of the time as Head of Controlling and one year as Managing Director of Business Management for the region Westphalia. Since 2010 Oliver Schlink works as Chief Financial Officer for GSG Berlin. In addition, he was a member of the Board of CPI Property Group for 10 years starting in 2014.

    François Trausch

    Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer, PIMCO Prime Real Estate

    François Trausch is the global Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer of Allianz Real Estate. He joined the company in 2016 and chairs the Management Board and the Executive Committee. He is a Voting Member on both the Equity and Debt Investment Committees. In 2020, he became Managing Director at PIMCO after the firm assumed leadership and oversight of Allianz Real Estate. François has over 25 years of experience in the Finance and Real Estate sector and was previously CEO of Asia Pacific for GE Capital Real Estate International, also serving as President & CEO for GE Capital Real Estate Japan. Before that, François worked as Development Manager for Tishman Speyer Properties in New York and Berlin and Associate Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs Group in London. François has built a strong reputation in the market and is a thought leader in the industry. He is a regular contributor to real estate media and an engaged moderator and panelist at industry events. He is a ULI Global Trustee and member of the ULI Global Board. François is a graduate of ESCP in Paris and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

    Andy Martin

    Principal, Andy Martin Consulting

    Strutt & Parker merged with BNP Paribas Real Estate UK on the 1st October 2017 when Andy Martin assumed the role of CEO of the combined business for the UK. Andy joined Strutt & Parker in 1985 and became Senior Partner in 2009. His areas of expertise lie in funding, investment, development, master-planning and place-making. He has been involved in a series of private placements and holds several roles as a strategic consultant. Andy was responsible for creating the Business Park Index and Lease Events Review with IPD (now MSCI), which are both regarded as benchmarks for the industry. Andy was appointed Trustee of the Urban Land Institute in April 2015, following two years as Chairman of the ULI’s UK District Council. He is Chair of the ULI Charitable Trust (UK), and a member of the ULI Foundation Board. He became a member of the Global Exchange Council in 2017. He was formerly Chairman and Board member of the Investment Property Forum, where he is now a life member. Andy is Vice President of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. Since leaving BNP PAribas in 2020, Andy continues to operate as a consultant and investor. He sits on the Advisory Boards of Hodes Weill, Stifel and previously the property development board at Wellcome Genome Campus. New roles are as Senior Advisor to Brydell Partners, Plentific, Placemake.io and work with Proptech funds.

    Ryan Severino

    Chief Economist, JLL

    Ryan Severino is the Chief Economist and Head of Research at BGO, where he leads global economic analysis, forecasting, and property market research. Previously, he served as Chief Economist at JLL. He has also held research roles at investment firms including Starwood Capital Group and Prudential Real Estate Investors. Additionally, Ryan is an adjunct professor at Columbia University. He holds a master’s degree from Columbia University, a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, and is a CFA Charterholder. In 2025, Ryan was named one of PERE’s 100 Most Influential People in Global Commercial Real Estate, recognizing his lasting impact on the industry worldwide.
