    Raj Singh

    Managing Partner, JLL Spark Global Ventures

    Raj is the managing partner of JLL Spark, the corporate venture capital group of JLL, focused on technology investments in the built world. Spark is uniquely posi@oned to enable the real estate industry to capitalize on the high tech revolu@on through our exper@se, trusted role and distribu@on network. Previously, he was interim co-head/managing director of investments at JetBlue Technology Ventures, the corporate VC of JetBlue Airways. Prior to that, Raj served as CEO and co-founder of London-based Sooqini, an on-demand economy task delegator for small businesses. Before that, Raj co-founded and led a Geneva-based consul@ng firm and worked with various governments to foster entrepreneurship. As a general partner and co-founder of Pervasive Technology Ventures—and also as a principal for the New York-based VC arm of Investcorp—he was responsible for sourcing, nego@a@ng, and closing new investments in tech startups. Raj holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and a B.S. in compu@ng science from Imperial College London.

    Nicole Mitchell

    Consultant, Self-employed

    Nicole has spent her career at the intersection of law, investment management and the built environment. Following her time in private practice with Allen & Overy LLP in London, Nicole went on to hold legal and commercial roles with some of Europe’s leading real assets investment managers, including PGIM, Schroders and Nuveen Real Estate. Most recently, Nicole was Strategy & Markets Partner for the European Real Assets Funds team at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, supporting its practice with strategic business development and market terms analysis. Nicole is a thought leader in area of operational real estate, having co-authored Macfarlanes’ market leading report on the operational real estate market, published in 2023. She also serves as a member of the European Association for Non-listed Real Estate Vehicle’s (INREV) Operational Real Estate Committee and is a regular contributor to INREV’s Operational Real Estate and Platform Investing training course.
