Can you tell your Grade A from your Green Mark, your cap rates from your construction costs — even after a pint or two? Here’s your chance to put your knowledge (and maybe your post-drink memory) to the test!
As the year winds down, it’s time to loosen the ties, put the reports aside, and celebrate the festive season — pub quiz style!
Join us for the ULI Pub Quiz, organised by the ULI NEXT Steering Committee members (Tan Szue Hann and Leanne Teo) and your Quiz Masters Tan Szue Hann, Head of Sustainability at Keppel and ULI NEXT Co-Chair, together with Joelle Chen, Head of Sustainability, Asia Pacific, LaSalle Investment Management. Expect a night of laughter, friendly rivalry, and brain-teasing questions across three themes — Real Estate, Singapore, and Christmas!
Come join a crowd that’s as passionate about the built environment as you are — developers, architects, planners, investors, and the public sector — all ready to unwind, connect, and toast to another exciting year ahead. Participants will be grouped into teams of 3–4 — or gather your own dream team and sign up together. After all, who doesn’t want to battle it out with a crew of sharp, like-minded industry friends?
Let’s make this our final hoorah before the holidays!
