Coliving, as a new housing sub-sector, has seen rapid growth in Europe in recent years. Changing socioeconomic conditions, housing affordability, and evolving lifestyle preferences all provide an opportunity for the sector to develop even further. Recognising this opportunity, the session will outline key recommendations industry players, both in the public and private domain, should adopt to promote the success of the sector. These will explore how policy planners, investors, designers and developers, and operators, can collaborate and partner more seamlessly to create coliving communities that address issues such as affordability, sustainability, wellbeing and community engagement, and transparency in the sector.

Join this webinar to hear panellists reflect on their experiences with shared living spaces and discuss their successful projects that have adopted strategies outlined in the report to create high-quality, community-led urban accommodation.
