What is FutureScape2035?
A Grassroots Strategic Forecasting Initiative, giving you the opportunity to shape long-term future of ULI.
With a goal to envision the ULI of the future and ensure its relevance and indispensability for years to come, the Urban Land Institute will embark on a 12-month strategic project aimed at making bold forecasts about the future of the organization by the year 2035 in the areas of belonging, convening, learning/content and impact. The initiative will equip the organization and its members with strategic foresight by identifying emerging trends, creating future scenarios, and developing adaptive strategies for 2035 – and beyond.
FutureScape 2035 will engage the best and brightest real estate minds along with futurists and subject matter experts to study these four important workstreams and produce future forecast reports. Ultimately, this changemaking, immersive exercise will help define the future value proposition and its forecasts will serve as guideposts informing the development of ULI’s strategic plan.
We are inviting our Young Leader members to:
▪ Identify key drivers of change in the coming decade
▪ Envision the built environment and industry in 2035
▪ Offer bold forecasts about the future of ULI in four key areas
These forecasts will help guide development of long-term strategic plan, and this is your chance to shape it.
