    Hooper Hardison

    Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company

    E. Hooper Hardison, Jr. is president and CEO of Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, a manufacturer of cast iron and plastic pipe and fittings for the construction industry. Before beginning his career with Charlotte Pipe in 1988 he worked in the banking industry. Mr. Hardison serves on the boards of Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, The Dowd Foundation, Queens University, Crosland Interests LLC Control Trust, Central Piedmont Community College Foundation and Christ Church Foundation. Mr. Hardison attended Woodberry Forest School and earned a BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his Masters in Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

    Chip Mark

    CEO, Mark Real Estate Advisors

    As founder and CEO of Mark Real Estate Advisors, Chip Mark draws on his commercial real estate transaction history and expert market knowledge to provide value for his clients in the development, investment and brokerage areas. Responsible for the development of nearly two million square feet of retail property, Chip has extensive experience as both owner and project manager for retail and mixed-use development. Prior to his current role, Chip served as founding partner for Mark Pierce Poole Properties and most recently led the South Carolina brokerage, development and property management efforts for Lincoln Harris. He started his commercial real estate career with the Trammell Crow Company and then became a partner at Childress Klein Properties. Chip is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School, the University of Virginia and earned his MBA at Tulane University. Chip is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia.

    Ned Curran

    Northwood Office

    With a career in commercial real estate and accounting spanning 40 years, Ned Curran serves as CEO Emeritus of Northwood Office. Previously, he was President & CEO of The Bissell Companies. Before joining Bissell, Curran worked at McDevitt Street Bovis (MSB) as Vice President – Taxes. In this position, he coordinated oversight of the company’s substantial real estate portfolio of office, retail and multi-family properties. Before working at MSB, Curran began his professional career as a CPA with Ernst & Young, where he served as Director of Tax for the Charlotte office. Curran serves on the boards of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Charlotte Executive Leadership Council, ARIC and Street Management Company and is the past chair of the North Carolina Board of Transportation, the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of Central Carolinas and the Health Advisory Council for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.

    Woody Coley

    Senior Vice President - Development & Investments, Trammell Crow Company

    Woody Coley shares leadership of the TCC's Raleigh office with Josh Dix. He is focused on generating growth and profitability across the industrial, life sciences, and office asset classes. Woody has secured sites and advanced development in progress at 400H, a 20-story mixed use Tower in Downtown Raleigh, and Metro 63, a 755,996-square-foot logistics center outside of Charlotte. He has also led negotiations for an additional 1.3 million square feet of industrial and over 700 residential units, which are under contract and in various stages of pre-development. Prior to re-opening the TCC Raleigh office, Woody was based in Orlando, Florida, where he served TCC for 27 years in numerous local and National roles including Market Leader, Senior Managing Director, and member of the 50-person National Operating Committee. Recognized for his broad industry relationships and creativity, Woody also bears the distinction of having played basketball under Dean Smith at UNC, where he was recognized with awards for his inspirational contribution to the team in both his freshman and senior years.
