Discover Geneva’s Largest Urban Revitalization Project

We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive event dedicated to one of the most ambitious urban revitalization projects in Europe. Spanning a total area of 230 hectares across the districts of Geneva, Carouge, and Lancy, the Praille–Acacias–Vernets (PAV) development will deliver approximately 12,000 new housing units and create around 5,400 new jobs, playing a key role in shaping the future of the Geneva metropolitan area.

The event is structured in two complementary parts, allowing participants to gain both practical, on-site insights and a broader strategic perspective on the project.

Part 1 – Guided Construction Site Tour
The event begins with a guided visit to the Quai des Vernets Losinger Marazzi construction site. This on-site tour offers a firsthand look at planning, design, and construction processes currently underway, providing concrete insights into how this large-scale urban development is being realized in practice.

Part 2 – Project Presentation & Apéritif
The second part of the event continues at the Fondation Praille–Acacias–Vernets, where Vinh Dao will present the overall vision, objectives, and progress of the PAV project. The evening will conclude with an apéritif, generously sponsored by Losinger Marazzi, offering an opportunity for informal exchange and networking.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous inviter à un événement exclusif consacré à l’un des projets de revitalisation urbaine les plus ambitieux d’Europe. S’étendant sur une superficie totale de 230 hectares à travers les communes de Genève, Carouge et Lancy, le projet Praille–Acacias–Vernets (PAV) prévoit la réalisation d’environ 12 000 nouveaux logements et la création de quelque 5 400 emplois, jouant ainsi un rôle clé dans la structuration de l’avenir de l’agglomération genevoise.

L’événement est organisé en deux parties complémentaires, permettant aux participants d’acquérir à la fois des connaissances concrètes sur le terrain et une vision stratégique globale du projet.

Partie 1 – Visite guidée du chantier
L’événement débute par une visite guidée du chantier Losinger Marazzi, situé au Quai des Vernets. Cette visite sur site offre un aperçu direct des processus de planification, de conception et de construction actuellement en cours, et permet de mieux comprendre comment ce vaste projet de développement urbain se concrétise dans la pratique.

Partie 2 – Présentation du projet & apéritif
La seconde partie de l’événement se poursuivra à la Fondation Praille–Acacias–Vernets, où Vinh Dao présentera la vision d’ensemble, les objectifs et l’état d’avancement du projet PAV. La soirée se conclura par un apéritif, généreusement offert par Losinger Marazzi, offrant un moment d’échange informel et de réseautage.
