ULI Netherlands will be holding a small in-person roundtable ahead of the 2027 edition of Emerging Trends in Real Estate? Europe. 

Each year, ULI and PwC work together on the Emerging Trends in Real Estate report – a high-profile study providing an outlook for the coming year on European real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, cities, property sectors, and other factors shaping the industry based on the opinions of more than 1,000 industry experts. 

With real estate continuing to be impacted by significant cyclical and structural change, the roundtable will gather members’ ideas and input to inform the output for the report due to be published in November 2026.
