Greg Clark is a writer, Board Chair, and corporate advisor on transport, cities, real estate, sustainability, investment and innovation with a portfolio of roles in the UK, and globally. He is author of 10 books and 100 reports on cities, mobility, urban economies, investment, and place-leadership. Greg is Hon Global Fellow at the Urban Land Institute (ULI). In the UK, he is Chair of the Connected Places Catapult (CPC), the UK’s national innovation accelerator for transport, cities, and place-leadership, and Chair of the Cities Commission for Climate Investment(3Ci) which convenes local leaders and investors to find innovative means to capitalise a just urban transition. He is a Board Member of Transport for London (TfL). He chairs TfL’s Land and Property Committee which oversees TfL property and housing ventures (TTLP). He is member of TfL’s Finance Committee formerly chaired its Investment & Programmes Committee and was a member of the Elizabeth Line Committee. He is Hon Prof of cities and innovation at Strathclyde University.

Quaiser Parvez is the CEO of Nucleus Office Parks, a Blackstone company in India. Nucleus Office Parks currently manages 21 Mn sq. ft. of Grade A assets across Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and NCR. Prior to Nucleus Office Parks, Quaiser held key positions managing business operations, development, and service & support. He has worked with CBRE & JLL in their Capital Markets group and was involved in multiple assignments of asset dispositions, project feasibility, and investor services. Before being in Real Estate, Quaiser spent a few years with GE Capital & Gallagher India in operations and overseeing offshore delivery centres. He graduated from Delhi University and has done his management program at IIM-Ahmedabad.

Cindy has been with Partners Group for 3 years and is a core member of the firm's Private Real Estate Investment Team in Singapore, covering real estate investments across the Asia Pacific region. Cindy has led underwriting and execution efforts on both direct and indirect investment opportunities across the region and across sub-segments, with extensive experience in China, Australia and Japan in logistics, office and residential sectors. Prior to Partners Group, Cindy worked at Bank of American Merrill Lynch and Huron Consulting Group. Cindy received her MBA from the London Business School, and Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

Mr Ang Eng Seng is GIC’s Chief Investment Officer for Infrastructure. Before this, he was President of Europe and Head of Integrated Strategies Group. Prior to joining GIC in 1994, Mr Ang was a Director of the Auditor-General's Office in Singapore. From 1996 to 1998, he was seconded from GIC to China International Capital Corporation in Beijing, first as the Deputy General Manager and subsequently as the General Manager of its Direct Investment Department. He was Head of the Greater China Team for GIC Special Investments from 1999 to mid 2003, before becoming the Head of Europe Private Equity Group till 2009. He was concurrently Global Head of GIC’s Direct Investment Group and Head of the Infrastructure Group from 2009 to 2012. Mr Ang holds an MA from Cambridge University. He is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a charter holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Etienne Cadestin is the founder and global CEO of Longevity Partners. He has more than ten years of expertise in sustainable property investment and strategy. With a team of nearly 200 experts, Etienne provides responsible business and climate advisory services to some of the world’s largest property investment firms. Prior to founding Longevity Partners in 2015, Etienne worked at Knight Frank, JLL and the United Nations Environment Programme. Since 2020, Etienne sits on the board of Orée, the leading French think tank on Biodiversity, circular economy and ESG reporting. In 2019, Etienne won the EG Awards in the category ‘Future of Real Estate’. Before that, Etienne was picked to be a ‘Property Rising Star’ and nominated for numerous awards as one of the most active young leaders in the sector. With a mission to advance and future-proof the real estate industry, Etienne frequently speaks at leading events, sharing insights on topics such as smart cities, carbon neutral buildings, workplace well-being, and the future of the industry. Etienne graduated from the London School of Economics. A keen sportsman, Etienne has run nine marathons and enjoys playing tennis, sailing, skiing, cycling and golf. He is married with a daughter and a son.

Richard Eu is the man credited with diversifying and modernising Eu Yan Sang, a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) business founded by his great-grandfather Eu Kwong Pai in Perak, Malaysia in 1879. The younger Eu, who currently serves as non-executive chairman of the board, helmed the business for 28 years, taking it from a traditional Chinese medicine store to a multi-outlet giant offering integrated TCM healthcare products and services on a global level. Eu, who is also the grandson of prominent tycoon and philanthropist Eu Tong Sen, joined the family business in 1989 as general manager after stints as a banker and stockbroker. The University of London law graduate sought to broaden TCM’s appeal by launching a number of easy-to-use products, including herbal soup mixes, ginseng teabags and Chinese medicine in capsules, to save customers’ time on the lengthy traditional preparation processes. He also widened its distribution channels to include pharmacies, supermarkets and health-food stores, and employed English-speaking staff to promote TCM to younger people. Eu Yan Sang also embarked on an online pivot in 2017. Since then, the firm has linked up with digital health firm MyDoc to offer teleconsultation services to patients. Customers can also now purchase its products via an online store, social media channels or WhatsApp. Eu actively participates in community projects and non-profit organisations, and currently serves as chairman of the Board of Singapore University of Social Sciences. He also sits on the board of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Limited and Thye Hua Kwan Ang Mo Kio Hospital. In 2020, he was conferred the Public Service Medal at the Singapore National Day Awards.

Sangwook Kang is a director of real estate investment and portfolio management for the Asia-Pacific region at the Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), based in Singapore. He previously covered the U.S. market. Mr. Kang brings 14 years of real estate and infrastructure experience. Prior to joining KIC in 2015, he was a senior portfolio manager at Korea Investment Management Co. (KIMC), focusing on infrastructure investments. Previously, he was an analyst at Korea Ratings (KR), specializing in financial advisory services for real estate and corporate investment projects. Mr. Kang has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seoul National University in Korea and an MSc in real estate from the National University of Singapore.

David Faulkner is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry in the United Kingdom and Asia. Before taking his current position, Faulkner was managing director of Colliers International, where he was responsible for valuation and advisory services in the Asia region. He joined Colliers International in 2003 after 15 years with Insignia Brooke and has been based in Asia for over 35 years. He has advised on a variety of major projects in Hong Kong SAR, China, and many markets in the Asia region. His expertise covers valuations, feasibility studies, development consultancy, and structuring investments in all the major real estate sectors. Faulkner is a ULI global trustee and is also a past trustee of the International Property Measurement Standards Coalition (IPMSC), a past member of the International Valuation Professional Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Global Valuation Forum, and a practicing member of the Academy of Experts.

Simon is CEO of Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for driving the growth of real estate assets under management and funds under management (FUM) for CLI’s PERE business. Prior to joining CLI in 2021, Simon was the Managing Director, Global Chief Investment Officer and Head of U.S. Equity for BlackRock Real Estate, where he was responsible for the overall investment strategy and performance of global real estate portfolios, including real estate funds, investment vehicles and research worldwide. Before joining BlackRock, Simon was co-founder, director, and global CEO of MGPA, which held real estate FUM of over US$14 billion across Europe and Asia. He was previously President for Hawaii at The Howard Hughes Corporation based in the USA where he directed the master planning, development, construction, sales, operations, and marketing activities of the 60-acre Ward Village. Simon has extensive global experience, and was based in Sydney, Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai, New York City and Honolulu over the course of his career. He has over 30 years of experience in infrastructure and real estate across North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing and Human Resources at Griffith University, Australia. He is a Global Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and past Chairman of ULI South Asia.

Stuart leads JLL’s Asia Pacific Capital Markets business, overseeing more than 450 Commercial Investment Sales and Corporate Finance professionals. Stuart is responsible for providing investment and financial structuring advice for major real estate transactions across the region. He will be responsible for ensuring the offshore capital team is fully committed to identifying the most aggressive capital and leveraging key investor relationships where required. With over 20 years of experience in property finance and investment, Stuart has worked across all the major real estate markets in the Asia Pacific and concentrates on identifying debt and equity investment opportunities for cross-border investors. He specialises in assisting clients with their market entry and investment strategies. On behalf of owners, investors and developers, Stuart has assisted in raising more than $10 billion in foreign capital for direct real estate and joint venture transactions over the past three years.

With over two decades of experience working in the Asian Real Estate market, Brian joined Actis in 2018 through the sale of Standard Chartered Bank’s Principal Finance Real Estate group, a business he founded in 2010. Based in Hong Kong, Brian heads up Actis’ Real Estate business, leading a team of investment professionals focused on delivering returns through understanding micro market dynamics and emphasising strategic, hands-on operations and management. Under his leadership, the business has invested across both the traditional and alternative property sectors and has demonstrated an ability to identify secular trends, to position itself for first or early mover advantage. Through its hands-on operating ethos, the business has established relationships with market leading operating partners and management teams across its footprint. Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, Brian spent sixteen years at RREEF, the real estate investment management arm of Deutsche Bank, primarily based in Asia. Brian started his career with Bankers Trust’s real estate banking group based in New York. He holds a degree in economics from Georgetown University.

David is a Co Founder and Executive Director of Lead8. He is an award-winning architect and urban designer, and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA). David’s extensive experience spans across multiple sectors in architecture and urban design, retail planning, integrated mixed-use design, transit-oriented development and airport terminals. His portfolio notably includes ION Orchard & The Orchard Residences and Changi Airport Terminal 4 in Singapore, and Elements in Hong Kong. David currently heads up Lead8’s architecture team, focusing on the design for large mixed-use and transit-oriented developments. Within the industry, he is an active speaker, previously delivering keynote presentations at MIPIM and Urban Land Institute (ULI) conferences.

Joyce Lo is a Director in the Private Capital Advisory Group at Lazard Asia and their Real Estate Specialist in the region. Her experience in Real Estate Private Equity spans across various roles including capital raising, investor relations, product development in addition to direct real estate investments and asset management. Prior to joining Lazard, Joyce worked at LimeTree Capital, a Hong Kong based RE investment manager targeting under-researched asset classes where she was their Head of Business Development covering global clients. She also worked at other investment managers such as PGIM Real Estate and Palmer Capital, developing and maintaining relationships with investors across Asia Pacific. Joyce began her career at Lehman Brothers in Equity Capital Markets based in Hong Kong and progressed to be a VP and an investment professional of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners (LBREP) in Asia. Joyce is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Tanaka is Senior Managing Director and Country Head overseeing new business initiatives throughout Japan. He brings more than 25 years of Japan real estate development and investment experience to the firm. Before joining Hines, he was Managing Director, Head of Japan Real Estate and member of the investment committee for Angelo Gordon’s pan-Asia real estate investment team. Previously, he was Managing Director at RREEF Japan. Tanaka is a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) and served as Vice Chairman of ULI Japan. Tanaka earned a B.A. degree in East Asian Studies from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. He also attended the Graduate School of Architecture at Kyoto University. He is fluent in Japanese and English.

Helen Leung co-leads AECOM’s Transportation practice in Asia and is a senior member of AECOM’s Transportation Global Business Line. A chartered civil engineer, Helen has 30 years of experience in civil infrastructure across a broad spectrum of transportation including rail, highways, tunnels and bridges, as well as airports. Based in Hong Kong, she leads multi-disciplinary teams of planners, architects, engineers in delivering transportation megaprojects that have played a pivotal role in the city’s development. These include planning and design for MTR’s transit system expansion as an integral part of Hong Kong’s urban development strategy. Helen was the Design Team Leader for two Shatin Central Link detailed design consultancies, and is currently contributing in a leadership role on AECOM’s project team for the Preliminary Design of Northern Link 2 south of Northern Metropolis. Other examples of Helen’s diverse projects portfolio are Tsing Ma Bridge Lantau Link, Cross Bay Link, North Lantau Expressway, Route 10, Hong Kong International Airport’s Three Runway System expansion, and the Master Redevelopment Project for Ocean Park. Under Helen’s leadership, the Transportation practice in Asia has also provided relevant technical experience and resources to AECOM project in other regions. As a reflection of her passionate championing of greater diversity in the engineering profession as well as women in leadership, Helen has served as the Asia Representative on AECOM’s global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Mr. Jun Ando brings more than 15 years of real estate investment experience to Cadillac Fairview (real estate arm of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan), where he joined the company as Managing Director in January 2022. Based out of their Singapore office, he is responsible for the APAC real estate investment portfolio. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview, Jun worked at Goldman Sachs where he was a member of their real estate team in Asia since 2006, most recently as a Managing Director in their Sydney office. Jun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia in the United States, and is fluent in Japanese.

A pioneering green building and sustainability advocate for over two decades, Esther has been instrumental in establishing CDL’s leadership in sustainability. It is ranked top real estate company on the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World since 2020. It became the first real estate conglomerate in Southeast Asia to sign the World Green Building Council’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings in February 2021. Named by Reuters as one of 25 trailblazing women leaders in climate 2023, Esther’s pioneering ESG initiatives include publishing the first sustainability report in Singapore in 2008 and issuing the first green bond by a Singaporean company in 2017. The chairperson of the Sustainability Report Advisory Committee in Singapore, she also sits on board the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Supervisory Board, GRESB Foundation Board, and UN PRI Real Estate Advisory Committee. She chairs the World Green Building Council Corporate Advisory Board; the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association’s ESG Committee; and co-chairs the Urban Land Institute Singapore’s Sustainability Product Council. A forerunner in embracing the UN SDGs, Esther was conferred 2018 SDG Pioneer for Green Infrastructure and A Low Carbon Economy by the UN Global Compact. A G20 Empower Advocate in 2022, Esther recognises that youth engagement and female empowerment is crucial for sustainable development. She founded the Women4Green network in 2017 and the Youth4Climate initiative in 2018.

Mr Khoo Teng Chye is Practice Professor jointly with the Faculty of Engineering and the School of Design and Environment. He was the Executive Director for the Centre for Liveable Cities, Ministry of National Development (MND), Singapore, since 2010 till December this year, and continues to be a Fellow at CLC. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Planner at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)(1992 to 1996), Chief Executive Officer/Group President of PSA Corporation(1996 to 2002), President and Chief Executive Officer of Mapletree Investments and Managing Director (Special Projects) of Temasek Holdings(2002 to 2003) and Chief Executive of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency(2003 to 2011). He sits on the Boards of the Tropical Marine Science Institute of National University of Singapore (NUS), Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (NUS), the National University Health System Pte Ltd (NUHS), and is Chairman of the NUSDeltares Governing Board. He is a member of the NTU Graduate Advisory Committee and of the Monash University Commission on Intermediate Cities. He serves as a member of the Development Projects Advisory Panel (DPAP) set up by Ministry of Finance (MOF). He is an advisor to the Land Transport Authority and the East Coast Town Council. He is an advisor to the Pictet Bank (Switzerland) Smart City Advisory Fund, and Chairman, Urban Land Institute Asia Pacific Executive Committee (wef 1July 21). He ia a Senior Fellow of the URA Academy, a Fellow of the Singapore Academy of Engineers, and the Institution of Engineers, Singapore. Mr Khoo graduated with First Class Honours in Civil Engineering from Monash University, Australia. A President-cum-Colombo Plan Scholar, he also holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. He attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School. He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal in 2018, the Public Administration (Gold) in 1996 and the Public Administration (Silver) in 1987 by the Singapore government. He was also conferred the Meritorious Service Award by the National Trade Union Congress in 2008.

David is the country head of Hines in Australia and is responsible for the firm’s management, development, and investment activities across the country. These activities include an existing portfolio of over nine office and logistics assets across more than 135,000 square meters, as well as a development pipeline of office and multifamily projects with a projected end value of more than AU$2.0bn. David opened the Hines Australia office in early 2012 as a ‘one man band,’ and now leads a team of over 40 professionals located across offices in Sydney and Melbourne. In his role, David works closely with his in-country teams to identify and execute real estate opportunities and strategies that align with the investment objectives of the firm’s partners and investors in one of Asia Pacific’s most in-demand markets. Lowell Baron is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for Brookfield’s global real estate investment activities. He has held several senior roles across the organization, including overseeing the establishment of Brookfield’s multifamily and hospitality operating platforms, and its growth into alternative real estate sectors. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2005, Mr. Baron worked at Deutsche Bank where he focused on real estate private equity and investment banking. Mr. Baron holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Yeshiva University. He also serves as a director on several of Brookfield’s real estate affiliate company boards, including Forest City and Hospitality Investors Trust.

Ron Pressman joined the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) executive team as Global Chief Executive Officer in October 2022. With 35 years of wide-ranging global leadership experience in the financial services, real estate, and energy industries, Pressman is deeply committed to ULI’s mission and three mission priorities – decarbonisation, housing, and educating the next generation of diverse leaders. As Global CEO, Pressman will work with the global board of directors and ULI’s regional leadership to strengthen member engagement and expand member impact in each of the three regions in which ULI has a presence – Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Pressman most recently served as CEO of TIAA Institutional Financial Services where he led the company’s long-term vision for delivering financial security for institutional clients. Earlier in his career, he worked at General Electric Corporation (GE) for over 30 years. As President and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate, he led one of the world’s largest and most diversified commercial real estate finance and investment firms, with a presence in 35 countries and a portfolio of more than $85 billion in assets. During his time at GE, Pressman also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Asset Management and Chairman, CEO, and President of Employers Reinsurance. Earlier in his career, Pressman led GE Energy businesses in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southwest Asia, and the Americas. Pressman has a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and serves the College as a Charter Trustee. He also served as Chairman of the national board of A Better Chance, a non-profit organization that opens doors to leadership development for children of color in the United States, and as a director of Pathways to College, a non-profit that delivers college preparatory skill building to underserved populations in some of the toughest urban and rural public school districts in the US.

Patricia Goh is responsible for CLI investments opportunities as well as build up new business/products in Southeast Asia which includes the self storage mandate with APG and formation of Capitaland SEA Logistics Fund. Prior to this role, she was the Head, Group Investment at Frasers Property Limited, where she helped formulate corporate and investment strategies including for e.g., the formation and scaling up of the Group’s industrial & logistics multinational platform to S$7.5b, propelling Frasers Singapore to top 2 largest suburban retail player in Singapore with the acquisition of S$3.2b suburban retail portfolio, led merger of Frasers Logistics Trust and Frasers Commercial Trust to form Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust which became top 10 largest S-REIT by market cap and completed Singapore office S$450m recap deal with a pension fund. Prior to Frasers Property, Patricia was with Ascendas Fund Management Ltd (manager of A-REIT) holding a dual role as BD & Investment Head and Revenue Management Head where she led the teams in delivery of investment, AEIs & revenue targets for portfolio of >100 business space properties. Patricia brings along with her over 17 years of direct investment, M&A, asset management and leasing experience across multiple asset classes and geographies and has executed more than S$16b worth of transactions over the years. Patricia holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Sociology) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Lim Eng Hwee is the Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) with effect from 1st September 2017. URA is Singapore's national planning agency, responsible for the physical planning and urban development of Singapore. Mr Lim was formerly the Chief Planner and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of URA from 2009 to 2017. He has extensive experience in urban planning, urban design, implementation of land use policies and development initiatives. He also served in the Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Trade and Industry. He served as a member in the Boards of Land Transport Authority, Singapore Cooperation Enterprise and Singapore Science Centre. He currently sits on the Boards of Singapore Tourism Board, National Environment Agency and the International Federation for Housing and Planning. Mr Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Planning from the University of Auckland. He also holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University and attended the Wharton Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Frederico has over 25 years of industry experience, a degree in architecture, a degree in environmental and territorial planning, and has completed projects across 5 continents. Passionate about architecture and experienced in all project stages of infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, institutional, educational, and residential works, his diverse experience enables him to engage in a wide range of project scopes. Frederico is particularly experienced in large-scale, complex and fast-track projects such as the Macao Venetian Cotai Strip, and the Suntec City Projects. He also has an extensive portfolio in institutional and healthcare facility projects across various continents and jurisdictions. Frederico has an exceptional railway portfolio, particularly in collocated cross-border high-speed rail facilities including the West Kowloon Terminus, Bandar Malaysia terminus, Iskandar Puteri International Station, and the Singapore HSR feasibility study. His rail experience also includes the Yangon Central Station Masterplan and New Railway Station redevelopment, Melbourne Metro, and the Singapore CRL. A digital and technology enthusiast, Frederico is heavily involved in BIM/VDC+O and Healthcare Architecture promotion and has won several international awards including the 1st Runner-Up in the BCA international BIM competition, and the "Graphisoft Design Competition: Algorithmic Design Meets BIM". He has been invited to speak in leading industry conferences in Singapore, Osaka, Tokyo, Lisbon, Aveiro, Coimbra, Viena, Stockholm, and Riadh.

Nancy Lin offers 25 years of experience in urban design, architecture, landscape design, construction administration and project management for projects involving collaborations among multi-disciplinary and international teams. As the Director of Operations, Nancy supports the Chief Executive of Global Buildings + Places Business Line to oversee strategic initiatives and business operations. She also leads technical excellence with emphasis on innovation and design solutions that adopt digital technologies. Prior to joining AECOM, Nancy led her own architectural practice in Taiwan and taught for 12 years at Tamkang University, Tunghai University, MinChuan University and National Chiao Tung University. Nancy received her Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, and her Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University in the US. Her commitment to strengthening a culture of collaborative innovation across disciplines and across borders among future generations of professionals, underpins her involvement in external initiatives. She was the Associate Curator/Project Coordinator for the Taiwan Pavilion of the 2018 Venice Biennale; juror for Taipei International Design Award 2018 and 2019, the 2020 Program X-Site Competition, and Golden Pin Concept Design Award 2022. She is appointed to Taiwan’s Legislature Campus Relocation Advisory Committee by the Legislature Yuan, and Monuments, Historic and Memorial Buildings Review Committee by Bureau of Cultural Heritage, Ministry of Culture in 2022. Nancy is the Project Director for the AECOM-Harvard Design Studio, jointly launched in 2013, to promote international collaboration in new thinking for urban design between academia and future professionals, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities presented by some of the world’s fastest growing cities.

Wanshi is responsible for the development and integration of Frasers Property’s group strategy across the diverse businesses and markets the Group operates in, while working in collaboration with the senior leadership team. She oversees the Group’s portfolio & investment management, research, communications & branding, and strategic innovation functions. In addition, Wanshi co-leads the Group’s governing committees for sustainability, purpose & culture and innovation. Prior to joining the Group, Wanshi worked across different geographies and held positions as Head of Investment Management at CapitaLand, Director of Multi-Asset Class Research at Mount Kellett Capital (Hong Kong), as well as Vice President for Distressed Products Group and Strategic Investment Group at Deutsche Bank. Wanshi also serves the broader community as a Member of the Investment Committee at The National Kidney Foundation Singapore and as the Executive Committee Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute in Singapore.

Albert is the Director of Development Planning and Design at Shui On Land (SOL) and Chief Sustainability Officer of the Group. From 1997 onwards, he led the masterplannng and design of SOL “Tiandi” communities, which has received multiple awards from ULI, MIPIM, AIA, CTBUH, World Bank and other organizations. From 1998 to 2001, he led the design effort for the Shanghai Xintiandi development, which became the first development in China to receive the ULI Award for Excellence. Subsequent SOL developments that received the ULI Global and/or Asia Pacific Award for Excellence include Foshan Lingnan Tiandi, Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC), Rui Hong Xin Cheng, Hongqiao Tiandi, and Wuhan Tiandi. Mr. Chan leads the Sustainable Development Department of the Company and is responsible for the objectives and initiatives in sustainability of the Group. All large SOL communities received LEED neighborhood Gold level certifications as well as various building level certifications. Shanghai Xintiandi Community also received world’s first WELL Community certification in 2019. Albert has been a Global Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and chaired the ULI Mainland China Council from 2017-2019. He is a member of the Board of Directors of American Institute of Architects (AIA) Shanghai/Beijing Chapter, is a Chartered member of Royal Insititute of British Achiects (RIBA) and member of RIBA China100. He co-chairs the jury for the China Real Estate Design Competition since 2020, is a juror for the ULI Global as well as ULI Asia Pacific Award for Excellence, and has also served as juror for AIA, CTBUH award programs. Albert has been appointed as a member of International panel of Experts of Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Singapore effective 2022-25. Albert has also served as Adviser of the Hong Kong Univeristy of Science and Technology Guangzhou Campus Development Board, and participated as expert member in the ULI Advisory Services Program. In 2014, he was a recipient of the Shanghai Green Building Council’s “Special Individual Contribution Award”. Prior to joining Shui On, Mr. Chan worked at the New York City Department of Design and Construction and at Cooper, Robertson + Partners. Mr. Chan holds a B.Arch from the University of Minnesota, a M.Arch from the University of California, Berkeley, a M.S in Urban Design from Columbia University, and an MBA from New York University.

Patrick is CEO of Private Equity Alternative Assets at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for driving the growth of CLI’s private equity business in alternative assets such as digital infrastructure, private credit, renewable energy, and other investment strategies that will expand CLI’s unlisted funds business. Prior to joining CLI in 2021, Patrick was Managing Partner and Head of Asia at Brookfield Asset Management (BAM), overseeing Brookfield’s investment and asset management activities in Asia across real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy and private equity. Over the course of his 12-year career with BAM, Patrick also served as Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield’s global construction company and Managing Director of an Australian natural gas transmission and distribution portfolio. He also previously held senior positions in the infrastructure financing and development sector in Canada. Patrick has over 20 years of investment and operational experience in alternative assets across North America and Asia Pacific. Christian Nyerup Nielsen is Global Director for Water Infrastructure and Climate Adaptation in Ramboll. Nielsen is an international leading expert in integrated planning and urban resilience projects from planning to implementation. Nielsen has extensive international experience with management of projects in all scales of urban development and resiliency, including multifunctional and nature-based solutions in an urban context. Nielsen’s expertise in the field of combining urban infrastructure and climate adaptation from idea to detailed design has been developed and implemented on numerous projects on a global scale from masterplans in Copenhagen and Gothenburg to Cloudburst Pilot in New York City, and Washington D.C. Further, Nielsen has worked on resilience projects in Singapore and other major cities throughout South-East Asia. Christian Nyerup Nielsen is heading the Global Division for Integrated Infrastructure, Climate Resilience and Urban transformation with offices in the Nordics, US, Romania, Australia and Singapore. In parallel, Christian has served as Director of Ramboll’s Liveable Cities Lab.

With 8 years of professional expertise in the public sector and real estate consulting, Dionne serves as global topic lead for real estate under BCG’s Infrastructure, Transport and Cities team. Prior to BCG, Dionne was a Senior Manager of Capital Markets and Investment Services at Colliers International, identifying opportunities for investment across various real estate sectors and geography, driving the growth of Colliers International’s business. She was also an Executive Planner at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore where she was a key member of the Jurong Lake District master planning team. Before that, she was Manager of the Centre for Liveable Cities, where she authored several think pieces on new land use concepts and urban mobility. Dionne holds an Honours degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and is passionate about mentoring young talents who have an interest in joining the real estate industry.

Kate Drews is the Director of the Urban and Energy Business Unit within SMEC, a global professional services engineering and design firm. With more than 25 years’ experience in the property, construction and infrastructure sectors, she has held several senior leadership roles and is currently a Director on the Board of Consult Australia, the peak industry body for design, engineering and advisory firms in Australia. She is the Focus Area Leader for Sustainability for Surbana Jurong which involves supporting clients through the energy transition across the built environment. Kate is a well-respected voice in the industry and is sought after for her leadership insights and strategic and commercial acumen and industry knowledge. She has considerable experience delivering complex infrastructure for public and private sector clients. She has been the Project Director for over $3B in private, Commonwealth and State Government projects in the property, energy, transport, Defence, aviation and justice sectors.

Max d’Ambrumenil is Head of International for Ferguson Partners leading the firms’ teams and offices in EMEA and APAC across Executive Search, Management, Compensation and Leadership Consulting. Based in Singapore, Max manages teams based in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and London. Max has been based in Asia for 17 years and managed numerous appointments and team builds in the real assets industries. Max joined Ferguson Partners in 2011 to establish the firm’s Hong Kong office and then built the regional team before being expanding to lead EMEA and APAC and is a member of the Global ExCo. Teri brings a creative, multi-disciplinary approach to her projects and marries commercial problem solving with innovative design thinking to create unique solutions. With her international experience and understanding of local nuances, she spearheads ‘glocal’ design thinking at Benoy, adapting international design to local regulations, processes and norms. She has native fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, which allows her to service a broad range of international clients around the region. Teri grounds her designs in a keen awareness of clients’ commercial and strategic needs, resulting in revolutionary projects which deliver social, environmental and economic benefits to some of the region’s biggest developers such as Hongkong Land, Alibaba Group, Ayala Corporation, SM Group and China Resources Land. Following the various stages from design concept through to completion, Teri’s work includes Ningbo New World Plaza, the masterplanning of a 107,000m² mixed-use development, consisting of a K11 Mall, a 250m iconic tower with Grade-A office and the six-star Rosewood Hotel, in one of China’s oldest cities; Pazhou Tower, a new landmark for tech enterprises and an iconic headquarters; Hongkong Land WeCity, a prime commercial complex in Chengdu; and a recent win in Shanghai’s prestigeous West Bund Xuhui District.

Arun Krishnamurthy is an Indian environmental activist who has initiated the campaign of cleaning various lakes across India. He is known for founding the Environmentalist Foundation of India (EFI) 2011 based in Chennai which has its branches in 15 states and other cities such as Hyderabad, Delhi and Coimbatore. Arun with the organisation has been successful in cleaning at least 169 lakes in the country and having worked in Google before quitting the job to dedicate voluntarily. He was chosen as among the five people for prestigious Rolex Awards for Enterprise award in 2012 for scientific lake restoration in Chennai.

Chris Law is an acknowledged leading expert and practitioner on sustainable urbanism and neighbourhood development. He is an ardent supporter of community participation and encourages this form of engagement across social, ecological, and economic capital aspects in the placemaking process. Chris founded the Oval Partnership with Patrick Bruce in 1992, and is a director of its subsidiary, the sustainable and smart city action research group INTEGER that develops many ground-breaking initiatives in sustainable development, notably the world’s first in the use of structural laminated bamboo in multi-storey buildings. Under his leadership the Oval Partnership developed the Open City design principle and transmedia narrative methodology, manifested in the award-winning Sanlitun Taikoo Li Beijing and Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu projects. He is member of a number of public sector and third sector committees in Hong Kong . He is a director of the UNESCO award-winning heritage conservation and community participatory Viva Blue House development in Hong Kong, and chairman of the Community Development Committee of the St James' Settlement. He is the chief curator and founder of the public space organization Very Hong Kong and its community land place making initiative Collaborate Hong Kong. The Venice Biennale Hong Kong Pavilion 2012 on urban regeneration of Kowloon East, curated by Chris was selected as the top 5 globally by The Architects’ Journal. A graduate of Stonyhurst College and the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, Chris' projects have received awards from the Royal Institute of British Architects, The Royal Academy of Arts, The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, The Hong Kong Institute of Planners, The Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design, Urban Land Institute and World Architecture Festival. He was made an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects for his contribution to Architecture. He is a Justice of the Peace of the Hong Kong SAR.

Daniel Cheng is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, he is responsible for building and managing the renewable power business in China. Previously, Mr. Cheng was involved in Brookfield’s renewable power investment activities, primarily in North America. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Cheng worked in the mergers and acquisitions investment banking division of BMO Capital Markets in Toronto. Mr. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.

Rohan Sikri is Senior Partner at The Xander Group Inc. In 2005, he co‐founded the firm’s India investment program. Based in Singapore, he is Executive Managing Director, Xander Investment Management, the real estate private equity arm of the group, which currently has over US$ 2.4 billion in assets under management across different investment strategies. Mr. Sikri chairs the investment committees for all Xander fund vehicles and the credit committee for Xander Finance. Earlier in India, from 2005 to 2010, he built and supervised Xander’s US$ 1.5 billion equity investment portfolio across direct acquisitions, development partnerships, and platform joint ventures, across real estate asset classes such as office, retail, hotels, residential and industrial. The portfolio has already seen profitable realizations of more than ~US$ 1.5 billion. In 2010, he co‐founded Xander Finance, the group's credit platform in India, where he serves as Chairman of the board. In 2014, he established the firm’s first Office core plus strategy, which attracted capital largely from pension funds in Europe and the United States ‐ currently with 7 million square feet, and a gross asset value of ~US$ 700 million. In 2019 he formed the firm’s first industrial real estate JV with a large European financial institution; the strategy has rapidly grown to US$ 200 million, with a pan-India portfolio of logistics/ warehousing assets. He is also a board member of Virtuous Retail South Asia Pte. Ltd., a Singapore headquartered integrated retail and lifestyle developer‐owner-operator, set up in 2016 as a US$ 1 billion JV between APG Asset Management and Xander Retail Partners. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Sikri was with CBRE in India, initially as part of the Strategic Consulting Group, and later as the head of the corporate finance practice. Mr. Sikri’s 22 years in the real estate industry, across multiple Asian markets including India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and the Middle East, in different roles, through market cycles, provides him a unique insight into identifying opportunities, market dislocations, and pricing risk. A graduate in Commerce with Honors from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta, he secured an MBA with dual specialization in Finance and Marketing from the International Management Institute. He has played national level squash, been a state‐level swimmer in the 1,500‐meter event and enjoys golf.

Siddharth (Sid) Yog is a global financier, entrepreneur, educator, and philanthropist. He is the Founder of The Xander Group, a global investment firm that sponsors, and invests in, businesses and partnerships in private equity real estate, retail and hospitality, and financial services. Mr Yog is also Founder and Chairman of the Board of VR South Asia, a Singapore headquartered, owner operator of community centric, regenerative, city centers in India, with a portfolio of 14 million square feet across 9 urban centers. In 2015 Mr Yog set up the Yuj platform that comprises Yuj Ventures, Yuj Kutumb and the Yuj Foundation, with the former investing in global start ups and fast growing private ventures, and the latter two backing social and public entrepreneurs through impact investments and grant making. Yuj focuses on entrepreneurs creating technology enabled disruptions and enabling scale solutions to the pressing global problems of sustainability, education, and equity. To date, Yuj has invested in 36 companies and initiatives that have created 18,000 new jobs in 12 countries across 5 continents. Previously, starting in 2005 in New York, Mr Yog spent a decade as Managing Partner of Xander Real Estate Partners and Chair of the Investment Committee for the Xander Funds, raising and investing over US$2 billion of institutional equity. Each fund beat its benchmark index. Appointed to the Harvard University faculty in the fall of 2014, Professor Yog taught at Harvard Business School for 6 years until 2019 researching and publishing numerous cases, and teaching popular courses “Real Property”, Property”, “Real Estate in Frontier Markets”, and “Investing in Emerging Markets”. Mr Yog is a Founder, Trustee, and Member of the Governing Body of Ashoka University, India’s leading liberal arts and sciences university, and its largest collective philanthropic effort. Since 2012 he is a member of Harvard University’s Global Advisory Council and Harvard’s Committee on University Resources. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, MA since 2015 and a member of the Global Council at Lincoln Center in New York since 2018. Mr Yog earned the degree of Master in Business Administration with high distinction from Harvard Business School and was elected a Baker Scholar, the highest academic honor conferred by the School. Claire Tang is the Co-Chief Investment Officer for the Asia Pacific region and Head of LaSalle’s Greater China business. She is responsible for managing acquisitions, development management, and asset management teams in Greater China and is also responsible for overseeing investment decisions in the Asia Pacific region on behalf of LaSalle managed funds and separate accounts. Claire is a member of LaSalle’s Asia Investment Committee. She is an Executive Officer of the LaSalle Asia Opportunity Fund series as well as LaSalle China Logistics Fund. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has led and completed US$4.5 billion of commercial, residential and industrial transactions. She has over 17 years of experience in real estate and investment management both in the US and China. Prior to joining LaSalle, Claire held investment roles with JLL in Shanghai and GE Asset Management in the United States. Claire earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and HKUST and a BBA from Babson College.

Hwee Ping is responsible for the legal, corporate secretarial and compliance functions of the Group, and is also its Data Protection Officer. Prior to her current role, she was SingLand’s Assistant Company Secretary. She built her experience in dispute resolution when she practised as a litigation lawyer and also in her role as business development director at an international maritime arbitration centre. Hwee Ping is actively involved in the Group’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and is passionate about advancing women empowerment, gender equality and sustainability. Hwee Ping holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law (Second Class Upper Honours) from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK.

Prasetyoadi, IAI, IAP, GP (Tiyok) is a professional architect and urban designer. He is the founding partner and managing director of PDW (www.pdw.co.id) id), an award winning design firm in Jakarta. Tiyok is Core Founder of Green Building Council Indonesia. He gets his bachelor degree from Institute of Technology Bandung ( ITB), Architecture School, 1995 and Master of Urban Development and Design from The University of New South Wales, Australia, 1998. In May 2014, he is selected as one of the members of architecture and planning review board of Jakarta (TABG AP ). He sits in Advisory Board of Architecture School, ITB. He is recipient Leadership of Environment and Development (LEAD) LEAD), a scholarship on sustainable development, 2004 and Australian Leadership Awards scholarship in 2009. He also won awards in several design competitions, IAI Award in 2018, IAI Jakarta Awards 2020, IAI Banten Awards 2022, and Singapore Institute of Planners Award (SIP) Awards in 2017 and 2019.

Mr Jason Chen is the Director of Place Management at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Singapore’s land use planning and conservation agency with a mission to make Singapore a great city to live, work and play. In his role, he leads a team to drive URA’s efforts in enlivening public spaces, including working with the community on ground-up initiatives. This includes the management of State land, as well as the organisation of events and activities in precincts such as Marina Bay and the Singapore River. Jason’s team also oversees major place management initiatives such as the pilot Business Improvement District programme. Formally appointed as the agency championing Marina Bay’s development, URA organises signature events such as the i Light Singapore sustainable light festival as well as the Marina Bay Singapore Countdown as part of its efforts to activate the precinct and achieve its vision of Marina Bay being a People’s Bay. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore, and a master’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Australia. Before joining URA, Jason held various positions in the private sector and the Singapore Armed Forces. Jason has been with URA since 2008 and took on his current role as Director of the Place Management Department in 2012.

She is also a trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute and Resolution Center (PDRCI). She worked with Bloomberg TV Philippines as a business news anchor for “First Up”, which included segments focusing on the real estate industry. She was also a consultant of the Privatization and Management Office of the Philippine Government where she advised on conflict of claims, privatization, joint venture agreements, negotiated procurement and public bidding of government assets. Jean was an Oblation Scholar at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, where she graduated magna cum laude from the Political Science Program. She received her law degree from the same university in 2006, finishing fifth in her class. She passed the Bar for the following year. She joined Villaraza Cruz Marcelo and Angangco as a litigation associate in 2007 where she was consistently awarded Best Associate and was promoted in 2010 to Senior Associate. Thereafter, she became a consultant of the Privatization and Management Office of the Philippine Government.

Joseph Chien is Head of Private Real Estate in Asia, based in Singapore. He is a member of the Private Real Estate Direct Investment Committee and the Private Real Estate Integrated Investment Committee. He has 25 years of industry experience in Asia, the Americas, and Europe. As head of Debt Advisory in Asia Pacific, Paul leads a team of debt-focused professionals to identify opportunities and structure creative solutions on behalf of clients. Martin Siah is Managing Director, Singapore Country Head, Head of South East Asia Global Corporate and Investment Banking, as well as Co-Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure at Bank of America. Prior to joining Bank of America, Martin was Head of Greater China and South East Asia Commercial Real Estate and led the Commercial Real Estate Equity and Advisory franchise at Standard Chartered Bank. Previously, he spent 10 years at UBS Investment Bank where he was Head of South East Asia Real Estate Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Martin is a board member of the Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Examinations Board in Singapore and the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association Singapore Chapter. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Finance from Cambridge University. He is a fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust and a Malaysian Commonwealth Scholar.

Chee Huang is the CEO of DP Architects. Radha is the CEO and Country Head of JLL, India’s largest commercial property services firm. She led a relationship management team serving both multinationals and India-based corporates. Having started as a graduate trainee in 1995, she took on positions of increasing responsibility and, in 2008, was the first woman and youngest Managing Director appointed at Deutsche Bank India. Benett Theseira is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and head of Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Benett is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy and oversight of PGIM Real Estate’s businesses in Asia Pacific. He is also the senior portfolio manager of PGIM Real Estate’s Asia Retail Fund. Benett is a member of the Global Management Council, the Global Investment Committee, the Asia Pacific Investment Committee and the Valuation Committee. Previously, Benett was head of Southeast Asia, with responsibility for PGIM Real Estate’s businesses in Southeast Asia. He also chaired the Asia Pacific Investment Committee. Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Benett was the President of MEAG Pacific Star Asia and Pacific Star Capital where he was responsible for the Investment and Fund Management business in Asia for over 6 years. During this time, he successfully launched Pacific Star’s EUR 1.2 billion Asia RE Income Fund and led more than USD 2.0 billion of real estate transactions across Asia. Prior to this, he spent 9 years with the CapitaLand group and held various roles including Managing Director, Europe and Chief Corporate and Investment Officer for the Ascott Group Ltd (CapitaLand’s then publicly listed serviced apartment arm). Benett was responsible for driving Ascott’s rapid expansion and led over USD 2 billion in transactions across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Benett is a Colombo Plan Scholar and started his career with the Singapore Government in the Ministry of Law where he held the position of Assistant Commissioner of Lands.

Dr Seek Ngee Huat is Chairman of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he is also Provost’s Chair Professor (Practice) of Real Estate. He was previously President of GIC Real Estate Pte Ltd, a Board Director of GIC Private Limited and Chairman of Global Logistic Properties Ltd. He was a Senior Partner at Jones Lang Wootton (now known as Jones Lang LaSalle) before joining GIC. He is the current Lead Independent Director of GLP Capital Partners Limited and a Board Director of Brookfield Corporation Inc. He is also a Senior Advisor to Frasers Property Ltd and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board and serves on the advisory panel of the Centre for Liveable Cities and of NUS Cities. Dr Seek is a Global Trustee of Urban Land Institute (ULI), a Director of ULI Foundation and a former Chairman of ULI Asia Pacific. He had served on the real estate and business advisory boards of various universities, including Peking, Cambridge, Harvard and Columbia. His other industry appointments included being a Board Director of the Pension Real Estate Association (US) and a Member of the Land Sub-committee of the 2009 Singapore Government Economic Strategy Committee. Dr. Seek was conferred the Singapore Public Administration Gold Medal in 2007, the NUS Outstanding Service Award in 2015 and was inducted into the Australian Property Hall of Fame in 2022. He holds a BSc (Estate Management), University of Singapore; MSc (Business Administration), University of British Columbia; and a PhD (Urban Research), Australian National University.

Sophie van Oosterom joined Schroders in January 2021 as the Global Head of Schroders Real Estate. She is responsible for leading the growth strategy of the business and ultimately delivering investment performance to clients. She chairs the real estate management committee and investment committee. Sophie was most recently CEO and CIO of EMEA for CBRE Global Investors, where she successfully led change management and growth of the platform to EUR 40bn AuM. She also served as a member of the global executive committee and global investment committee. Before that Sophie was a managing director at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners (now Silverpeak) and head of asset/portfolio management for Europe and Asia. She started her career in investment banking with JP Morgan and Barings. Sophie holds a MSc in Economics cum laude from the University of Amsterdam. She is a Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute since January 2020 and an honorary citizen of Marseille, France.

Mr. Lawler is CEO of Hines' Asia Pacific Region and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In his role, he oversees all development, acquisitions and operations activities across the region. Prior to joining Hines in 2007, he was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and a Naval Aviator, receiving multiple commendations throughout his career. Mr. Price has over 25 years of real estate investment management experience and is a Managing Director at Bentall GreenOak (BGO) and leads the firm’s Global Capital Raising and Investor Relations Group, he also co-heads the company’s prop-tech innovation and investment team. Prior to BGO he was a Senior Advisor to the Accord Group and before that spent ten years based in Hong Kong as CEO of CBRE Global Investors, Asia Pacific. Mr. Price has also held management positions at ING Clarion in New York, ING Real Estate Investment Management in Europe and started his career at Brooke Hillier Parker in Hong Kong and Beijing. Mr. Price is a Trustee, Foundation Governor and former member of Global Board of Directors of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a former Board Member of AFIRE (Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate), and ANREV (Asian Association of Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles). From 2017 - 2022 Mr. Price served as a Non-Executive Director of Chayora Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong based data center business and is an Advisor to Juniper Square, a San Francisco-based real estate technology company. Mr. Price lives in San Francisco.

Eli is an expert in sustainable urban development. His experience around the globe includes plans and initiatives for new and revitalised places, large-scale urbanisation and regional strategies, climate change strategy and policy, masterplanning for transit oriented development, reclamation and waterfront development, industry, tourism and leisure projects, and pioneering creation of a mechanism in the UK for low-carbon retrofit of existing buildings. He is currently an independent consultant on urban innovation and development, an adjunct associate professor at the University of Hong Kong, and a member of the Advisory Board of AMRACE (Advanced Manufacturing Robotics Accelerator Centre of Excellence) in Malaysia. Between 2013 and 2022 Eli was Director of Atkins' Planning and Urban Design practice in Hong Kong and South East Asia and Net Zero leader for Asia; Regional Practice Lead for Consulting, Strategy and Advisory; and chair of Atkins' Urban Planning Global Network. Prior to joining Atkins, Eli was at Arup in London and co-founder of startup localCarbon. Eli is chair of the programming and events committee and a member of the executive committee at ULI Hong Kong, sits on the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design’s public affairs and international and mainland affairs committees, and was previously chair of the International Infrastructure Forum's net zero working group at the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, Eli is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts.

Jaelle Ang is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Great Room, a flexible workspace operator launched in 2016. Prior to founding The Great Room, Jaelle was the Head of Real Estate Development at SET-listed Country Group Development Public Company Limited in Thailand driving the development of one of the largest mixed-use developments in Bangkok, consisting of the Four Seasons Hotel, Four Seasons Residences and Capella Hotel. As an ex-banker from Citibank and Credit Suisse, she has experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions covering emerging markets in Asia. She is currently serving on the board of Country Group Development PCL and United Hampshire REIT as the only female director as well as the registered charity, Playeum. Selected for her accomplishments and vision, Jaelle is on the Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen list for defying stereotypes and breaking down barriers in the industry. Jaelle has been covered in print and broadcast outlets including The Straits Times, CNBC, Chanel New Asia, Money FM and The Edge; and is a frequent speaker at real estate, technology and design conferences covering topics from flexible working to entrepreneurship. Ms Indranee Rajah is the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office. She is also Second Minister for Finance, and Second Minister for National Development. Ms Rajah is the Leader of the House for the 14th Parliament. She has been a Member of Parliament for the Tanjong Pagar Group Representation Constituency (GRC) since 2001. She is a Senior Counsel, and was a practising lawyer before joining Government. Ms Rajah assists in the oversight of the National Population and Talent Division in the Prime Minister’s Office. Under her Finance portfolio, Ms Rajah is involved in the development of the Government’s fiscal policies. She also oversees the Professional Services Programme Office (PSPO), to develop and promote the legal and accounting industries in Singapore and catalyse the internationalisation of such professional services; and Infrastructure Asia, the Singapore government platform that connects infrastructure demand and supply in the region. As Second Minister for National Development, she is involved in the formulation of Singapore’s housing and development polices. She also assists in overseeing The Centre for Liveable Cities and the World Cities Summit; The professional services in the built environment sector; Review of Singapore’s long-term land-use planning for urban development; Strategies for sustainable housing; and Policies guiding Singapore's transformation into a City in Nature. Ms Rajah is also involved in the Forward Singapore exercise, as one of the Ministers overseeing the Care pillar. This pillar explores how to enable every Singaporean to lead a dignified and fulfilling life, and to better care for themselves and other around them. Forward Singapore is a collective effort between the Government and Singaporeans, to refresh Singapore’s social compact and set out a roadmap for the next decade and beyond.

Tiffany Lau is the Founder and Principal of A P A R T Companies, an advisory, project management and development firm with a base in Hong Kong & New York City, focused on repositioning and redeveloping commercial real estate for clients including Hongkong Land, and YTL. She has 18 years of experience within the real estate industry, and was previously an Executive Director and Head of Urban Ecosystems for JLL (NYSE: JLL) in Asia Pacific, where she led a regional team focused on repositioning and future-proofing strategies for the portfolios and precincts of MTR, Frasers, and Hang Seng Bank among others. Tiffany was also the first Executive Director for Urban Land Institute (ULI) Hong Kong, overseeing the Hong Kong Chapter with a mission to demonstrate leadership in the responsible use of land. With an extensive global network, she has worked on a number of high-profile projects such as developing and activating the 9 million sq. ft Penn District in New York City on behalf of Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO), and managing the design and construction of Plaza33, an AIA & ASLA award-winning 13,000 sq. ft open space, which is part of an ongoing district revitalization project located on top of North America’s busiest transit hub.

Sun Mi started her career in New York City as a spatial designer. Over the last decade she’s worked on major new development projects throughout North America, EMEA, and APAC regions - at first representing hotel management companies and later joining the owner side. She found a next level of passion and purpose working on adaptive reuse projects with 8M, a boutique real estate investment and operating company. Sun Mi is the Director of Development Management at 8M and oversees the design and development projects for the company.

He was also Vice President for Daiichi Properties, an award-winning developer in the Philippines. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Binghamton University and a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics.

Von is an associate director at Ramboll Smart Mobility, helping to lead a team of transport planners in the Singapore office. He has more than 17 year’s working experience in transportation consultancy and large project delivery. He specialises in traffic engineering, microsimulation modelling (pedestrian and vehicle), transport planning, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) engineering. He leads Ramboll's global microsimulation service line, enabling collaboration of simulation modelling experts across the globe to deliver advanced microsimulation modelling solutions for highly complex projects, with a special focus on pedestrian movements through urban and mass transportation environments. Von has completed hundreds projects in transportation engineering, acting as the project manager, technical lead, or key support staff. His experience is international, having completed projects in Singapore, Mexico, Qatar, Vietnam, and throughout the USA. Von is a specialist in pedestrian modelling for transport terminals, including High Speed Rail, Airports (airside and landside), and mass rapid transport stations in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Philippines, Finland, Kenya, and elsewhere internationally. He also has delivered infrastructure advisory projects for international development/finance institutions such as ADB, GiZ, and the GI Hub, delivering policy guidance in cross border projects, intelligent transportation systems, and public transportation operations.

Brad Dockser is GreenGen’s CEO/Co-Founder, transforming and decarbonizing the world’s built environment through its visionary end-to-end approach integrating energy, real estate, technology, and capital markets to Operate in the Green. Throughout two decades of real estate investing, Brad was a Principal with MacFarlane Partners and Founding Partner and Managing Director of Starwood Capital Europe and Starwood Capital Asia overseeing operations in each region. Brad received an A.B. cum laude in Economics and MBA from Harvard University. Sylvester Wong is a 25 year veteran of designing cities and infrastructure around the world, and is Asia head of ESG Services, and Philippines Country Executive for AECOM. After San Francisco and Hong Kong, he went to where infrastructure could empower opportunity for over a hundred million. Now in Manila, he bridges physical and digital infrastructure with financial, as a fintech neobank founder, and a venture advisor in proptech and climate tech. He is incoming Chair of the Urban Land Institute Philippines.

With 8 years of professional expertise in the public sector and real estate consulting, Dionne serves as global topic lead for real estate under BCG’s Infrastructure, Transport and Cities team. Prior to BCG, Dionne was a Senior Manager of Capital Markets and Investment Services at Colliers International, identifying opportunities for investment across various real estate sectors and geography, driving the growth of Colliers International’s business. She was also an Executive Planner at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore where she was a key member of the Jurong Lake District master planning team. Before that, she was Manager of the Centre for Liveable Cities, where she authored several think pieces on new land use concepts and urban mobility. Dionne holds an Honours degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and is passionate about mentoring young talents who have an interest in joining the real estate industry.

Angela lee is a Shareholder and Regional Managing Director for HKS. She is responsible for business development in Asia Pacific, as well as overseeing design quality for developments in markets including MENA, China, India, Australia and New Zealand. Over her 30-year career in HKS, Angela has experience designing for various typologies including Sports, Hospitality and Commercial. However, she has found her calling in designing for healthcare settings such as hospitals and senior living facilities and participated in the design and planning of over 1.5 million square meters of healthcare projects worldwide. Angela’s projects have been honored with design awards from both the American Institute of Architects and Modern Healthcare, and recognized in publications such as Design and Architecture, Healthcare Design and Health Facilities Management. Angela is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds qualifications in Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification, and the American College of Healthcare Architects. Angela is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, and serves on the Urban Land Institute, WIL Steering Committee. She also serves on the board of Global Health Charity based in Detroit, Michigan and Mosaic Family Services based in Dallas, Texas.

Adam Fowler has more than a decade of experience developing real estate in Vietnam, having joined Ecopark Corporation in 2011 to contribute to the growth of the Ecopark Hung Yen project from a 500-hectare green-field site to a vibrant and internationally acclaimed master-planned community of more than 25,000 homes and growing. He fulfilled a variety of roles for Ecopark Corporation, including: overseeing the company’s commercial property business, leading the development of key sub-projects, and executing a number of strategic partnerships and joint venture investments with top international partners such as Nomura Real Estate. Currently, Adam is serving as an Expert Advisor for Boston Consulting Group, working with both private and public sector on socio-economic strategy and land planning. He is also the founding Chairman of EUDS, a leading premium interior contractor in Vietnam. Adam is a graduate of the Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary in the United States. He also holds a degree in advanced real estate valuation from Oxford Brookes University. He has been a member of Urban land Institute since 2012 and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2015. Adam is currently serving as the Vice Chair of the ULI Vietnam National Committee.

Dzung Do Nguyen is an expert in city planning and design with 15 years of experience in plan-making and implementation in fast-growing regions and emerging cities in Asia. He has explored new frontiers in urban innovations with the aim of providing market-responsive, context-sensitive and implementation-ready urban solutions. His works focuses on comprehensive city development strategies, economic zone developments, water-sensitive urban designs, transit-oriented developments and new township planning. He has led the master plan for 6 cities and regions in Asia and is currently working on Ho Chi Minh city master plan. Dzung is the CEO of enCity Urban Solutions, an innovative planning consultant based in Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia. He also teaches a graduate urban planning studio at National University of Singapore.

Blake Olafson is a Founding Partner of ACRE , a Private Equity firm with over US$ 3 Billion of AUM. He has spent 30 years in the real estate industry covering all aspects of the direct investment process including origination, underwriting, risk control, and creation of unique deal structures and exits. Mr. Olafson is responsible for the expansion of ACRE’s platform in southeast Asia and oversees ACRE’s flagship developments in Thailand and Indonesia under the brand name HOMA. Prior to ACRE, he was Head of Asian Real Estate at Arcapita, where he was responsible for a USD1.8 billion Asian real estate portfolio of Industrial and Multifamily. Previously, Mr. Olafson spent several years at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President responsible for principal real estate investments in Asia. Mr. Olafson has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he currently serves as a Global Governing Trustee and on the Affordable Workforce Housing Council. He was previously serving as Chairman of ULI Singapore and a member of the Executive Committee of ULI Asia. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and resides in Singapore.

Pamela heads up the newly created Investor Intelligence program, partnering closely with JLL’s regional Capital Markets and Research teams, advising and interacting with its existing and future client base. Core to her role is the delivery of JLL Capital Markets data and intelligence, geographic and sectoral research, and articulation of the firm’s broader investment advisory strategy. She coordinates JLL’s market-leading capital analysis and research products, data programs and provides timely external commentary on topical real estate investment and macroeconomic themes. Pamela joins JLL from regional broadcaster CNA where she presented and produced global and regional business and economic news. She brings more than a decade of experience as a financial correspondent covering international capital markets, M&A, monetary policy and real estate. Throughout her career, she’s worked for global media platforms including Forbes, Reuters, Bloomberg and CNBC in Hong Kong, San Francisco and New York.

Rui Hua heads the Hong Kong business and investment for ESR and reports directly to co-founders and co-CEOs Jeffrey Shen and Stuart Gibson. She focuses on driving ESR’s business in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area as well as investment into new economy assets. In May 2021, she co-led and completed ESR’s first data center acquisition in Hong Kong and in July 2022, she won ESR’s first logistic land bid in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. Concurrently, she is also appointed as the Executive Director and Responsible Officer for the fund management arm ESR HKAM and is responsible for raising new funds to invest in new economy assets. Rui Hua joined ESR in 1st September 2019 as the Group Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations. She was part of the IPO team which successfully listed ESR on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 1st November 2019. Rui Hua was also part of the ESR deal team that acquired ARA Asset Management Limited with US$5.2 billion, which was one of Hong Kong’s largest M&A in 2021. In May 2022, Rui Hua led the sell-down of ESR’s CNLP stake which delivered about US$800 million gain. Before joining ESR, Rui Hua was the General Manager and Head of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance, and Corporate Planning for CapitaLand China where she was involved in fund raising from local Chinese & foreign institutional investors, capital markets and corporate finance deals, and strategic planning and direction. She also led the sell-down of CapitaLand’s S$500 million stake in a Hong Kong listed real estate company in June 2019. Prior to her stint in China, she was the Group Head of CapitaLand’s Investor Relations and Capital Markets Compliance based in Singapore, managing institutional and public investors; interfacing with regulators on corporate governance, REITs regulation and disclosure matters; and handling key proxy providers. Rui Hua joined CapitaLand Limited in 2013 as the Assistant Vice President, Group CFO’s Office. She structured and executed CapitaLand’s key strategic projects such as privatisation of CapitaMalls Asia, and corporate finance projects like issuing and repurchasing convertible bonds. Besides extensive real estate experience, Rui Hua also has vast investment banking experience with China International Capital Corporation and DBS Bank Ltd. She raised more than S$7.5 billion from the capital markets and many high-profile IPOs of international companies in Singapore such as Tiger Airways and Xinren Aluminum. In 2022, Rui Hua won the Hong Kong Business Management Excellence Award – Executive of the Year for Logistics. She also led the ESR team to win various IR Magazine Awards in 2022, 2021 and 2020 for Greater China region. In 2017, Rui Hua was also voted as “Asia’s Best Investor Relations Professional (Property)” 1st place for overall and sell-side in Institutional Investors’ 2017 All-Asia Executive Team Ranking. Previously, she was also named the “Best Investor Relations Officer (For Large Cap Companies)” in the IR Magazine Awards Southeast Asia 2017 and 2015. Under her leadership, CapitaLand also won the 1st place for “Best at Investor Relations in Singapore” in FinanceAsia Asia’s Best Companies 2017 and “Best Investor Relations Bronze Award” (For Large Caps) in Singapore Corporate Awards 2016. On the social front, Rui Hua currently serves as advisor in the NUS Economics Alumni Committee and a member of the Information and Corporate Relations Standing Committee of the Singapore Children’s Society. She was on the Board of Directors for Hwa Chong International School from 2017 to 2019. Rui Hua received her Masters’ in International Public Policy (Merit) from University College London, Department of Politics and also graduated with a BSc in Social Science, Economics (2nd Upper Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore. In 2016, Rui Hua attended the Advanced Management Programme in Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. She is also a holder of the International Certificate of Investor Relations (ICIR) and Professional Fellow for Chartered Manager (CMgr FCMI).

Mr. VO Sy Nhan is taking leader roles as a local professional developer as well as real estate fund manager. Prior to joining the private sector, Nhan had worked for the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City as a public servant. After 8 long years of contributing to the city, Nhan returned to Private sector. Throughout the years, he successfully structured and executed deals for international quality real - estate properties such as The Estella, Le Meridien Saigon Complex, OneHub Sai Gon, 1 hub Data Center (an integrated business park) and Thu Thiem Empire City. The most highlight of his career was the acquisition of a Vietnam Real Estate Portfolio from Indochina Land, which includes Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, Indochina Plaza Hanoi. Lastly, Nhan was co-founder and Chairman of Naked Hub Vietnam JV that later acquired by WeWork strategically. Utilizing his extensive knowledge and networks, Nhan has been cooperated and partners up with major foreign parties such as Keppel Land, Hyatt Group, GAW Capital Partners and Swire Properties. Nhan actively involves and manages the above projects at the executive management level and at the Board level. Currently, Nhan is sitting as the Chairman of VNG Company – The first Unicorn Technology Company in Vietnam. Nhan graduated from Deakin University (Australia) with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Marketing. He also earned an M.B.A. from Maastricht School of Management (The Netherland) in the field of Strategic Management in 2004. He is also an active member of YPO (Young President Organization) and an alumni of HBS. Besides, he is also the Chair of Urban Land Institute - ULI Vietnam.

Connor Teskey is President of Brookfield Asset Management. He is also the head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition business and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Renewable Power & Transition business. Mr. Teskey is also Brookfield’s Head of Europe, with responsibility for overseeing the Firm’s business activities in the region. Mr. Teskey joined Brookfield in 2012 and held a variety of investment, financing and restructuring roles. Prior to Brookfield, he worked in corporate debt origination at a Canadian bank. Mr. Teskey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Dr Jeffrey Jaensubhakij was appointed Group Chief Investment Officer in January 2017. He oversees GIC’s total investment portfolio, and works with investment group heads to manage and monitor investment activities across all asset classes. He also leads the development of short- and long-term investment policies to optimize the risk-reward of the total portfolio across changing investment environments. He joined GIC in 1998 as a Senior Economist covering the US economy and was subsequently appointed Co-Head of Asset Allocation Strategy in the Economics and Strategy Department. He was Head of Total Return Equities and the US Equities teams based in GIC’s New York Office from 2003 to 2011. He was subsequently appointed President, Europe in 2011 coordinating GIC’s investment activities in Europe across public and private asset classes, President, Public Markets and Director of Public Equities in 2013, and Deputy Group Chief Investment Officer in 2016. Dr Jaensubhakij holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cambridge University, as well as a Master’s and a PhD in Economics from Stanford University.

Dr Emi Kiyota is an Associate Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and College of Design and Engineering, and Deputy Executive Director, Centre for Population Health at the National University of Singapore. She is an environmental gerontologist with more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing person-centred care in long-term care facilities and hospitals globally. In addition to making a vast array of contributions to national and international initiatives focused on quality improvement in the built environment for long-term care and ageing services, Dr Kiyota holds great concern for the needs of elders in low-middle income countries. In 2010, she founded charitable organisation Ibasho, dedicated to co-creating socially integrated, sustainable communities that value their elders, embodying in the Japanese concept of a place where one feels at home being oneself. Her current focus is on creating socially integrated and resilient cities where elders are engaged and able to actively participate in their communities. Dr Kiyota is currently based in Singapore and looking into incorporating Ibasho into the Health District@Queenstown. The pilot programme aims to design an age-friendly community by creating integrated solutions to enhance the health and well-being of residents across their life stages.

Dr Linda Yueh CBE is Fellow in Economics, St Edmund Hall, Oxford University and Adjunct Professor of Economics, London Business School. She was Visiting Professor at LSE IDEAS and at Peking University. Her latest book is The Great Crashes: Lessons from Global Crashes and How to Prevent Them.
