    The ULI Europe and ULI Americas Life Science & Healthcare Councils will hold their third joint meeting.

    Focus on Life Science in the US
     
    US Council members will provide an overview of the life science sector in the US, focus on the Boston market and other key hubs, dig into some current developments and review some of the challenges from their various perspectives.

    Mary Beth Kuzmanovich

    Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc.

    Mary Beth leads the leasing team and program for Lillibridge Medical Office Building team, developing and overseeing implementation of the leasing strategy for its 20M+ sf MOB portfolio. She is primarily responsible for developing and shaping the overall leasing team execution strategy and process in partnership with the Leasing, Property and Asset Management teams. Prior to joining Lillibridge, Mary Beth served as National Director, Healthcare Services at Colliers International. She led the Colliers team of real estate experts that serve healthcare occupier and investor clients locally, regionally and nationally. Working across the platform of real estate services, from brokerage, property management, project management, valuation and lease administration, Mary Beth managed business development and client relationship management across the Colliers Healthcare Services platform. Mary Beth has more than 29 years of experience in healthcare real estate strategy and operations, including her previous role serving as Vice President in the Facilities Management Group at Carolinas HealthCare System (CHS), now Atrium Health. There, she led the real estate services division, including leasing, property management, development and acquisitions. Mary Beth has also developed extensive expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, corporate safety and emergency management. In 2014, Mary Beth led her own consulting business, MBK Healthcare Consulting. One of MBK’s key clients was Colliers International, which ultimately lead to Mary Beth joining Colliers in 2015. A fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Mary Beth is also active in healthcare real estate professional organizations, serving in leadership roles with BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) for the Medical Office Buildings and Facilities conference and with the Urban Land Institute Health and Life Sciences Council. Mary Beth earned her MBA and BS degrees from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She has served on the boards of the United Way, North Mecklenburg Child Development Association, Davidson Land Planning Commission, Davidson Planning Board, and the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce.

    Ryan is the Managing Director of Galileo Labs. His business creates and curates lab space for science companies in an urban environment. He is a real estate finance professional with a depth of experience working in the property industry for over 20 years. He spent the last 8.5 years with Stanhope PLC as part of the new business team that secured, funded and developed Television Centre and White City Place in White City, West London a combined 2.4m sq ft.. Ryan is Co-Chair of the ULI European Life Science & Healthcare Council and a guest lecturer for the LSE MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance course. He holds a BA in Economics, MSc in Real Estate investment and an Executive MBA from Oxford University.
