After the official part all participants are welcome to stay longer for an informal gathering at Spoldzielnia restaurant to reconnect, reflect on the Prague's discoveries and exchange views on the potential of mixed-used investments.

Drucianka Campus is an innovative mixed-use campus offering 42,000 sq. m. of office space and more than 7,500 sq. m. of additional space for retail, service and events. The development will consist of three 6-storey office buildings, historic former factory buildings adapted to new functions, as well as public spaces. Drucianka Campus has been awarded the BREEAM Interim sustainable construction certificate at the ‘Outstanding’ level.

Praga Koneser Centre, in operation since 2018, comprises a total of almost 100,000 sq. m. of office, retail, cultural, entertainment, catering, hotel and residential space. The project, which was developed on the site of the former Wytwórnia Wódek ‘Koneser’, has been completed and is owned by Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development S.A.
