    Michael Adler

    Adler Industrial, LLC

    As President and CEO of Adler Industrial, LLC and Adler Realty Investments, Inc., Mr. Adler is actively involved in a broad spectrum of real estate investment and development projects. His market insight, analysis and leadership skills enable his companies to consistently exceed market returns on their investments. Adler Industrial, Inc. is a real estate management and development company based in Boise, Idaho, and is the dominate industrial property owner and developer in the market. Adler Industrial owns and operates over eighty properties in the Boise market consisting of over 4 million square feet of existing industrial buildings and 1,000+ acres of land for future development. With a focus on Class “A” industrial properties, the company provides a wide range of solutions to meet the needs of industrial space users in the market. Adler Industrial's sister company Adler Realty Investments, is a firm established in 1996, with over $1 billion in properties acquired or in development since inception. ARI's real estate portfolio currently consists of over 4 million square feet of existing industrial, office, retail, and multi-family residential properties and an additional 3 million square feet of projects in planning or development throughout the western United States. Mr. Adler is a graduate from the University of Denver with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Finance. He obtained a MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Adler is also on the advisory board of the Urban Land Institute Idaho Chapter and holds an Idaho General Contractor’s License.

    Sabrina Unger

    American Realty Advisors

    Sabrina Unger, Managing Director, is the Head of Research & Strategy at American Realty Advisors and is responsible for leading the firm’s research initiatives and working closely with the firm’s Investment and Portfolio Management teams in developing investment analysis in support of new acquisitions and strategy implementation. Ms. Unger is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining ARA, Ms. Unger was a member of the Global Research team at Invesco Real Estate, charged with developing global portfolio strategies as well as authoring numerous thought leadership papers and contributing to the firm’s House View. Before that, she held positions as a member of the research team at Clarion Partners and as a top strategist for a sports entertainment company’s real estate divisions. She has been published in leading industry publications, including Real Assets Adviser, and the research publications of ANREV (Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles), NCREIF (National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries) and AFIRE (The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate). She served on the NAIOP Editorial Board for the 2016 – 2019 publication seasons, and currently serves as a member of the inaugural editorial board for Summit Journal, the official publication of AFIRE. She was also named a 2022 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt in the Investment Professional category. Ms. Unger holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and a master’s degree from DePaul University and has completed certificate coursework at both New York University and the London School of Economics.

    Steven Jenkins

    Economic Development Director, City of Caldwell

    Steven Jenkins is the Economic Development Director for the City of Caldwell, overseeing the planning and implementation of the city’s economic development efforts. Since joining in 2019, he has successfully promoted Caldwell to companies, restaurant groups, entrepreneurs, and site consultants, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the Caldwell region. Jenkins advocates for educational opportunities and business initiatives to strengthen the local economy, guiding investments during a period of rapid growth. Before joining Caldwell, he served as Assistant Director of Concurrent Enrollment at Boise State University and Coordinator for Dual Credit at the College of Western Idaho, with additional experience in sales and marketing. He holds a bachelor's degree from Reinhardt University in Georgia, a master's degree from Missouri State University, and a certificate in economic development from the University of Oklahoma.

    Vanessa Fry

    Director, Idaho Policy Institute/Boise State University

    Dr. Vanessa Crossgrove Fry is Director at Idaho Policy Institute (IPI) where she leads students, staff, and faculty in providing innovative and objective research to help public, private, and nonprofit leaders overcome challenges and navigate change. She serves as Associate Research Professor in the School of Public Service where she teaches the MPA Capstone and co-teaches the Vertically Integrated Project Housing Opportunities for All. Dr. Fry has focused both her work and education on utilizing multi-sector, evidenced-based solutions to address persistent social, environmental, and economic issues and meet the current and critical needs in communities across Idaho and beyond. Dr. Fry is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco where she received her MBA in Sustainable Management. Vanessa also holds a BA in Biology and Fine Art from Wittenberg University in Ohio and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Boise State. In addition, Vanessa serves on the board of the Red Cross of Greater Idaho and City Club of Boise.

    Elaine Clegg

    CEO, Valley Regional Transit

    As the CEO of Valley Regional Transit, Elaine provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for Treasure Valley’s public transportation authority ensuring the directives of the Board of Directors are achieved. Clegg has been a public servant focused on transportation and land use for over 25 years, with nearly 20 years on the Boise City Council where she led many initiatives, including the Elaine Clegg City of Trees Challenge and an effort to reestablish passenger rail in Idaho and the greater Northwest. When a city council member Clegg served on numerous boards, executive boards, advisory committees, and councils. She has held the Chair or President position on the boards of Valley Regional Transit, COMPASS, the Association of Idaho Cities at the state level, and the Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations and National League of Cities Transportation Infrastructure Services Committee nationally. Clegg also led the statewide non-profit Idaho Smart Growth, serving on national non-profit boards while advocating and planning better transportation, land use, policy and implementation assisting over 50 Idaho communities directly to improve transportation plans, networks and programs. Since 1998 Elaine has worked to improve access and mobility across modes in the policies of the reauthorizations of the Surface Transportation Bill, including gaining support for establishing the Safe Routes to School Program and enhancing the rail portion of the IIJA. Born and raised in Boise Idaho, Elaine lives in Boise with her husband, where she frequently walks, bikes, rides the bus, and, drives when she must. She loves spending time with her five children, their spouses and her 14 grandchildren.
