    Andrew Gauci

    Chairman, Lendlease Japan; Executive Director, Development Partnerships, Lendlease Asia Holdings Pte Ltd

    Andrew assumed his present position as Chairman Japan & Executive Director, Development Partnerships in July 2024 after 17 years as the Managing Director and CEO of the Lendlease business in Japan. During his tenure the business in Japan has seen tremendous growth and diversification, from a leading Project Management provider to becoming a successful Real Estate Investment and Development organization. This diversification includes Japan’s first independent telecoms tower company, a major data center development, R&D and office value add conversions. Through his extensive relationships in Japan, Andrew has facilitated Japanese capital investing into Lendlease products in London, New York, Sydney and Melbourne. With over A$12 billion in end value projects invested to date, his current role will focus on growing these partnerships to facilitate new investments and real estate development across diverse product lines including Build to Rent, Office, Industrial, Data Centers and Apartments. After graduating from university in Melbourne, Andrew spent nearly five years working on infrastructure projects in Hong Kong at Japanese construction firms. Andrew moved to Japan in late 1997 and studied Japanese at Keio University before joining Lendlease in February 1999. He served as Project Manager for the Shiodome CityCentre Office Tower before taking charge of the company’s new Telecoms business as Senior Project Director. He then became an Executive Director prior to his appointment as head of the Japan business in 2007. Andrew served as the Chair of Australia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan from 2016 to 2019 and currently sits on the Board of the Australia Japan Business Corporation Committee (AJBCC).

    A RICS-accredited property finance and investment professional with experience across national real estate and wholesale capital markets. Trevor’s background and experience has focused on managing unlisted, private real estate funds and syndicates on behalf of family offices and high net worth investors seeking access to secure and structured real estate investments. Trevor has a breadth of direct and indirect real estate and funds management experience, with track record in capital preservation, capital repatriation, whilst achieving asymmetric return on risk through upfront transaction structuring, due diligence, and active investment management. Trevor has had end-to-end real estate investment management experience for over $200M in capital deployed, managed, and returned. Trevor is also a dedicated volunteer within the real estate and general business communities, including active involvement in the Urban Land Institute – a global network of real estate professionals. He has held leadership roles such as board director, secretary, and chair of special interest groups and subcommittees, showcasing his commitment to social responsibility and community service.
