There has been considerable discussion on whether a green building premium exists in Hong Kong, and indeed across Asia. Do occupiers pay higher rents for green buildings and are investors shelling out more capital on such assets on the flip side?

Join ULI for a thought-provoking discussion around the existence or otherwise of green value, delving into the magnitude of a rental and capital value premium for green buildings, whether there is a similar ‘brown discount’ and what benefits incorporating sustainability premiums have for landlords and tenants.
