Mr. Brooke is a Chartered Surveyor with more than thirty years of experience in various fields of the property industry. He is based in Hong Kong and has spent the majority of his career focused upon the provision of advice regarding property development, ownership and occupation to landowners, developers and corporations. Since 2018, Mr. Brooke has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of the Link Real Estate Investment Trust. He is also a Business Advisor to VationX, a company providing digital access solutions in relation to real estate, and a member of the Advisory Board of Kerb Holdings Company Pty Limited, which focuses upon technology solutions associated with urban mobility and car parking. He is also a Business Advisor to Peace Inc., a company providing private meeting booths within various types of real estate assets. Mr. Brooke is a Past President and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. In addition, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Chairman of the Hong Kong Rugby Union. He is also a member of the College Council of Malvern College Hong Kong. Between October 2016 and March 2020, Mr. Brooke was a Co-Founder and Director of Brooke Husband Limited. Prior to this period, Mr. Brooke held a number of senior management positions at CBRE, relating to both China and Asia, between July 2002 and December 2015 (including his last position as Executive Managing Director, Consulting, Asia Pacific). He was also a long-standing member of the Asia Pacific Strategic Group within CBRE. Mr. Brooke held various positions at Brooke Hillier Parker, Brooke International and Insignia Brooke between March 1992 and July 2003 before joining CBRE in 2003 via the acquisition of Insignia Brooke by CBRE. Mr. Brooke started his career in 1989 as a graduate surveyor at Hillier Parker in the United Kingdom, prior to relocating to Hong Kong in 1992. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
