She is a regular speaker at industry events and is often published in Shopping Centre News, Industry magazines and mainstream media. She has spoken to over 12,000 conference attendees. Suzee loves being at the helm of a company that is creating the future for food and place around the world. An unconventional leader, Suzee gave up a scholarship and prestigious school to drop out in Year 10 and get into hospitality. Stints as Kerry Packer’s chef and with caterer to the star’s, Peter Rowland, set her on a path to breaking rules and seeking excellence.
