    Managing Director, SCT Consulting

    Seamus is the Managing Director of SCT Consulting, a transport advisory consultancy of industry-leading professionals with expertise in strategy, planning, and the delivery of thoughtful transport solutions. With nearly 20 years’ experience in the multi-faceted field of transport planning, Seamus specialises in leading multi-disciplinary projects that integrate place and transport outcomes across precincts, as well as the planning and delivery of major infrastructure. Examples of such projects include Sydney Metro Northwest, Parramatta Light Rail, NorthConnex, Oxford Street Cycleway, Central Precinct Renewal and Redfern North Eveleigh Precinct Renewal. Driven by a commitment to sustainability, Seamus spearheaded the launch of The SCT Initiative in 2022 — a not-for-profit fund dedicated to creating sustainable outcomes by supporting projects that generate action, create change, and inspire others.

    Nada Nasser

    Chief Executive Officer, Women’s Housing Company

    Nada has extensive experience as a senior leader in housing and human services in the government and not for profit sectors. She has led strategy, operations, and growth to strengthen communities and improve outcomes for disadvantaged communities. Prior to joining the Women’s Housing Company, Nada was a State Director at Mission Australia leading service delivery in NSW, ACT and Victoria. Prior to that she led business strategy, homelessness programs and innovative product and service development at the then Housing NSW.

    Jennifer Shearer

    Development Project Manager, Link Wentworth

    Jennifer is a registered architect and development professional with extensive experience in residential and mixed-use developments. After beginning her career in the US, she relocated to Australia in 2010, working with leading architectural practices on complex projects such as The Waverley by Uniting, The Cambridge by Levante, and the Harbord Diggers Club Redevelopment. She later transitioned into the community housing sector to apply her design and development expertise to projects with meaningful social impact. As Development Manager at Link Wentworth, Jennifer is passionate about delivering sustainable quality housing and is excited to be involved in city-shaping projects such as the Waterloo Renewal Project, as well as advancing a pipeline of HAFF-funded social and affordable housing to provide homes over the next five years. As a mother of two young boys, Jennifer is driven to show her children the value of helping others and to contribute to lasting, positive change in the community.

    Mehra is a dynamic and innovative leader with a robust background in strategic planning, infrastructure and urban policy. She brings 20 years’ experience in consulting, advisory and government roles, working on land use and infrastructure strategy development and implementation. Adept at spearheading all facets of policy development, Mehra leads impactful change initiatives in urban policy.
