Registration Now Open Through the Spring Meeting Registration Site

Get ready for one of the most coveted events at the ULI Spring Meeting! The Spring Meeting After Party, hosted by YLG and NEXT is one of the most well-known Fall/Spring Meeting receptions during the whole conference, bringing together all registered attendees to a distinctive location with great networking, and an even better bar. This separately ticketed event (additional fees do apply) is expected to gather 300-400 guests on the 6th-floor terrace of the 2100 Kettner building in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood.

The development, completed by Kilroy Realty, is the largest office building in Little Italy, boasting Platinum LEED certification and Gold WELL Health-Safety ratings, and the BEST sunset in the city.

An exclusive YLG/NEXT member-only sunset cocktail reception will take place from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
(doors open at 6:30 p.m.)

The general reception, open to all Spring Meeting attendees, will be held from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

*Spring Meeting registration is required to attend this event. Registration for this separate event will include an open bar and hors d’oeuvres. The location is within walking distance to the Grand Manchester Hyatt.
