    ULI at UKREiiF 2026: Aire Park Site Tour

     

    Come and join ULI at UKREiiF for a Site Tour of Aire Park on the moring of 21 May 2026!

    Located in the heart of Leeds, Aire Park is one of the most ambitious urban regeneration projects in the North of England. Brought forward by Vastint UK, the 20-acre brownfield site is set to deliver up to 1.5 million sq ft of mixed-use development, including offices, homes, retail, and public green space, transforming a former industrial site on the banks of the River Aire into a vibrant new city quarter.

    Situated within easy reach of Leeds city centre and its excellent transport connections, Aire Park is a landmark opportunity to see placemaking and sustainability ambitions in action at one of UKREiiF's most talked-about projects.
