Upper Arlington’s new Community Center will be a 155,000 square foot facility spanning five floors plus a large mezzanine. Amenities include:

• Multipurpose indoor pool including lap lanes, water slide, water play and zero entry
• Indoor Play Space
• Child Watch Space
• Multi-Level Exercise Floor
• Multiple Group Exercise and Programming Rooms
• Senior Lounge
• Two-Court Hardwood Gymnasium
• One Court Rubberized Floor Multi-Use Gymnasium
• Indoor Walking/Running Track
• E-Sports Technology and Gaming Rooms
• Open Gaming Lounge with Billiards and Ping Pong
• Large Event Space
• Multiple Outdoor Decks

The building also includes approximately 40,000 square feet of leasable office space. Construction of the new community center is expected to take approximately two years, with the grand opening in the spring/summer of 2025. The total cost of the facility will be approximately $81 million.
