The Dutch Caribbean Investment Forum is a small, invitation only working session that connects Dutch investors with real opportunities in the Caribbean Netherlands.

Hosted in Amsterdam at the new offices of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, the event will bring together family offices, private investors, fund managers, developers, and advisors to discuss real estate and other real asset investments in the region.

We will start with a practical overview of why the Dutch Caribbean is relevant today, including key opportunities and main risks. We will discuss resilience and climate adaptation, and how Dutch expertise in water and energy can support island markets. We will also review tax incentives and common fund and SPV structures used by European investors.

The session will end with presentations of live projects currently seeking condo hotel buyers, equity, mezzanine, or private credit. Participants will gain direct insight into specific developments, such as the Setai Sint Maarten, timelines, structure, and risk allocation.
Our goal is simple. Provide clear information and create a structured platform for Dutch capital to invest real assets in the Caribbean.

We welcome interest from potential speakers, guests and sponsors who would like to participate in or support the forum. Please feel free to reach out directly to us.
