Since January2024 he is apponted as CEO of COSTIM Group focused on mixed use develpmnt project and engineering and construction activity. He is also President of the three subsidiaries , a General Contractor, a glass facades company and a facility management company for of 350 miln € a total turnover From 2009 until 2023 he was Managing Director of Risanamento S.p.A, a property and development Company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, and CEO of all the subsidiaries of the Group. As CEO of the subsidiaries, he sold in the last years assets for € 3.0 billion: Paris properties’portfolio for €1,5 billion, a prestigious building in New York for €0,3 billion and other Italian assets for €1,2 billion. He was the CEO of Milano Santa Giulia Spa, owner of Milano Santa Giulia mixed-use Development Project in Milan, 250,000 sqm already built and 400,000 sqm to be built - more than 50 per cent will be residential. Previously, he has been Head of the Real Estate Development by IPI (Fiat Group), as Director of all the subsidiaries, managing a portfolio of 500,000 sqm (office, industrial and retail assets). Until 2000, he worked with different leading Construction Companies, dealing the construction of infrastructures and private buildings around Europe.

I am a finance professional with over ten years of experience in corporate finance and real estate fund management, currently serving as a Manager in the Fund & Asset Management division at COIMA. After earning my degree in Economics from the University of Pavia and completing an international academic experience, I began my career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and later transitioned into the real estate asset management sector. I have managed funds and assets exceeding €1 billion, focusing on value-add projects, complex lease negotiations, and related financing structures. I have also been actively involved in extraordinary initiatives such as mergers and the setup of Luxembourg-based open-ended vehicles.
