Dating back to 1899, the St. Boniface Friary building was home to as many as 15 priests and eight brothers in the mid-1920s and 1930s. The adaptive reuse project will add 29 affordable housing units in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood.
When The Friary reopens, most of the historic exterior will be restored, and the interior will have undergone complete renovation, preserving the building's unique characteristics. Join us for happy hour mingling followed by a product tour led by Jake Brown of The Marian Group, Mitchell Kersting of WorK Architecture, and Max Weber of The Weber Group as General Contractor to learn more about this exciting project.
