    Chief Executive Officer, Savills Australia and New Zealand

    With over two decades of real estate experience across capital markets and advisory, Paul brings a strong track record of commercial executive leadership and transaction execution to the role. As CEO, Paul leads Savills' strategy, operations and performance in Australia and New Zealand, working closely with his counterparts across Asia Pacific and Savills’ global leadership in the UK to create stronger integration and collaboration across the business. Having previously held roles with Knight Frank, Dexus and Lendlease, Paul has worked alongside some of the largest investors and property owners in the country, having been involved in high-value, highly complex deals, and always focusing on achieving positive outcomes for clients.

    Managing Director, 9Springs

    Belinda is the Managing Director of 9Springs, a leading independent property investment, advisory and project management group. Belinda is the Co-Chair of the ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence Jury and is appointed to the ULI Asia Pacific Executive Committee, Asia Pacific Housing Council and Australia National Council. Belinda is a Non-Executive Director of Link Wentworth Housing, one of Australia’s largest Community Housing Providers. Belinda is an honorary Adjunct Associate Professor (Industry) at the University of Technology Sydney's (UTS) Faculty of Design and Society and is Chair of the School of Built Environment’s Industry Advisory Board. Belinda is an appointed Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).

    Monique Bird is a Senior Valuer at Savills, specialising in residential and mixed‑use development across metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW. Monique is a committee member of ULI’s Young Leaders Group, passionate about supporting collaboration and knowledge sharing across the property industry
