Join the ULI Young Leaders on September 24th for a tour and discussion of the newly redeveloped Strawberry Hill Shopping Center, between the Foxcroft / Cotswold retail submarkets of Charlotte. We will get insight on the vision, challenges and successes of the project from two of Charlotte’s premiere leasing and development teams. Steve Vermillion and Robbie Adams of MPV Properties, and George Warren of Marsh Properties, will walk us through the 78,000 square feet of restaurants and other upscale retail concepts, anchored by a newly expanded Fresh Market.

 

A time of Q&A, networking and refreshments will take place after the tour at the newly renovated Red Rocks Café.
