    The ULI Oklahoma Minority Developers Roundtbale is an event which aims to highlight minority real estate professionals and their work throughout the community. This networking event will feature a roundtable discussion with a diverse group of real estate professionals, including women and people of color. This will be a great opportunity to learn about real estate, exchanges ideas, and network to build a more robust local real estate community.

    Jason Ting

    Managing Broker, Ting Realty LLC

    Jason is a lifelong Tulsa and works in the real estate industry at Ting Realty, as a developer and broker. He is a high school graduate of the Oklahoma School of Science & Mathematics and Jenks High School. Jason has master degrees from Oklahoma State University and OSU Center for Health Sciences. He also serves locally on the board of the Oklahoma Chapter of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and nationally on various NAIOP committees including NAIOP Center of Education. Jason is happily married with two children.

    Real estate investor since 2013. • Founder and CEO at KCK Corp • Founder and Managing Partner at A&S Multi-Family LLC. • Founder at KACE Capital LLC KCK and A&S are real estate investing firms based in Tulsa, Oklahoma with large property rehab and management experience in both single family and multifamily assets. KACE is a new venture mainly focused on wholesaling real estate properties. Carlos has used his background in business planning and global sales experience to successfully increase KCK Corp single family property portfolio year after year since its formation. Currently owns and manage a single-family portfolio valued over $1Million and generating over 20% cash on cash annual return. KCK Corp is also partial owner of 400 units across 3 multifamily ventures in the states of Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma. - Fairview Apartments, a 100-unit multifamily property located in Aurora, Colorado - Rio Evolve@1604 Apartments, a 132-unit multifamily property in San Antonio, Texas - Summit Ridge Apartments, a 168-unit multifamily complex located in Lawton, OK. Additionally, A&S Multi-Family is the owner of 254 units across five multifamily properties named Legacy @51st, Legacy @64th, Legacy @49th, Legacy @La Hacienda and Revive @Latimer Pl. all these located in Oklahoma. As a principal of the KACE venture, Carlos has used his experience in Business Management and Financial background to create processes and procedures to build up and run this operation achieving over $500,000 in revenue over the last 24 months.
