The Wellness Frontier: Shaping Singapore’s Real Estate for a Health‑Conscious Era
    23 April 2026 | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Longevity World (10 Coleman Street)

The ULI Singapore Young Leaders Group Committee invites you to explore the transformative power of sports and wellness in the built environment. As Singapore cements its position as a "Blue Zone 2.0" city, we are seeing a growing emphasis on how design, urban planning and infrastructure development can support healthier and longer lives. This movement is rippling across the Asia-Pacific, as health-centric amenities evolve into strategic drivers of asset value, operational resilience and longevity.

In this session, we gather a panel of visionary developers, investors, operators, and policymakers to unpack how the rising sports and wellness scene is redefining Singapore’s urban landscape – such as the newly opened Longevity World in City Hall.

    We will explore:

    • The Valuation of Wellness: Bridging the gap between the science of longevity and the performance of commercial and residential assets, and examining how wellness features contribute alongside traditional value drivers.
    • Operational Reality & Scaling: Lessons from the ground on the friction and opportunity of building wellness ecosystems.
    • The Strategic Synergy: Navigating the intersection of private investment and public policy, and evaluating where Singapore stands relative to APAC competitors within a global longevity economy projected to reach US$8 trillion by 2030.

Following the panel, join us for an exclusive tour of MORROW—a premier anchor within Longevity World—to see firsthand how the integrated longevity destination is being embedded into a prime Civic District asset.
