    Kelli Lawrence

    CEO, Onyx + East

    Kelli leads the strategic vision and growth efforts for Onyx + East, including strategy development and expansion into new markets and business lines, development of teams to execute the business, overseeing corporate operations, growing capital relationships, and leading corporate culture to recruit and retain top talent. Before joining Onyx + East, Kelli was a partner for 18 years at a private, Midwest-based multifamily development firm. While there, she led development, construction, and overall market execution in the Louisville and Indianapolis markets. In her 20+ years of real estate development, she has led the development and construction of more than 4,000 for-sale and rental homes valued at over $850M throughout the Midwest and Florida. As an active member of the Indianapolis community, Kelli was named a Woman of Influence by the Indianapolis Business Journal in 2021. She is an active member, both nationally and locally, of the Urban Land Institute currently serving on the Americas Executive Committee and as a Past Chair for the Indiana District Council. She is a Past Chair of the Ball State University Alumni Association and is currently a Director for the Ball State University Foundation. She also currently serves on the Board of Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity and is a proud supporter of Riley Hospital for Children, having served as Chair of the Riley Society Board.

    Drew Rosenbarger

    VP of Development, Milhaus

    Drew Rosenbarger is the VP Development for The Annex Group. In this critical role, Drew helps create a pipeline of affordable and workforce housing development projects across the United States that fits into The Annex Group’s growing portfolio. This includes taking on all tasks related to managing the development lifecycle, such as providing due diligence, working with local government officials, managing vendors, and leading all phases of architectural and engineering design. Drew has more than a decade of development experience that includes meaningful work for state and local governments as well as urban planning and community development consulting. Brian's career trajectory commenced at Flaherty & Collins Properties, where he spearheaded nearly $400 million worth of real estate development initiatives. Notable projects include The Mill at Ironworks Plaza phases I and II, Stonewater at the Riverwalk in Elkhart, IN, The Franklin TOD mixed-use project in Michigan City, IN, and The Cove at 47th in Cape Coral, FL. Notably, Brian successfully secured redevelopment tax credits for The Coyle in New Albany, IN, and 306 Riverfront District in Kokomo, IN, with each project serving as a catalyst for community revitalization. Driven by a commitment to giving back and making a positive impact, Brian actively participates in various influential organizations. He is a proud member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) National Product Council for Public Private Development and contributes to the ULI Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program. As part of REDI, a 15-week course designed to empower women and people of color in real estate development careers, Brian not only imparts his knowledge as a session leader but also serves as a mentor to numerous aspiring individuals. As a testament to Brian’s achievements, he was recently honored with Indianapolis Business Journal’s 40 under 40 class of 2024.
