ULI SG: Study Tour - One Holland Village
Holland Village or “Holland V” is charming and distinctive enclave that is a hot favourite by locals and expatriates alike. With One Holland Village as the newest development built on the former open space carpark, the perennial charm of Holland V has been upped by several notches!
ULI Singapore is delighted to bring you behind the scenes with our guest speaker – Mdm Fun Siew Leng (Chief Urban Designer, URA) – who would talk about the process, urban design considerations and the land sale approach for this hotly contested URA Sale of Sites parcel.
Mdm Fun will be joined by Mr Marc Boey (Executive Director, Property Services Division of Far East Organization and Chief Operating Officer, Far East International) who will share the concept and product development journey from winning the site, through construction and delivery of One Holland Village that has unique offerings for shoppers and their pets.
