The Chinese government has eased its COVID-19 restrictions, known as the “Zero Covid Policy,” after nearly three years. As a result, migrant workers are gradually returning to the cities, and employers have shifted from remote to onsite work. There has also been a surge in inbound travel from Hong Kong and overseas due to the lifting of mandatory quarantine restrictions. Meanwhile, restaurants and shopping malls have observed a significant increase in foot traffic.

The upcoming webinar aims to provide expert insights on the short- and long-term effects of the “re-opening” on the local real estate sector, featuring industry leaders based in mainland China.
