    Keaton Wolansky

    Vice President, Structured Finance, National Capital Markets Group, Cushman & Wakefield

    Based in Calgary, Keaton works with the National Capital Markets Group in all major Canadian markets, specializing in structuring innovative capital solutions that support all real estate asset classes and strategies. He has worked with many of western Canada’s top developers and asset managers, with a specific interest in land, development, and multifamily construction and acquisitions.

    Chris Nasim

    Senior Vice President, Asset Management, Aryshire

    Chris joined Ayrshire with 20+ years in the Commercial Real Estate sector. Prior to Ayrshire, he was President of a private industrial contracting company, serving oil & gas, construction and government infrastructure sectors. He has an undergraduate degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Calgary, and an MBA from Capella University. Prior to running his own company, Chris worked across a variety of real estate sectors including managing the regional office of a major pension fund advisor. Having oversight for property management, asset management and leasing, Mr. Nasim led a team of over 120 individuals across $2B of AUM in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, and 10M sqft of commercial assets.

    Principal, Capital Markets, Avison Young

    Walsh is a tenured real estate capital markets expert with nearly 20 years of experience, all of which with Avison Young Commercial Real Estate. He is a three-time recipient of the Award of Excellence at Avison Young, the inaugural co-chair of the international leadership and professional development program in addition to being both a Principal and shareholder.

    Jeff is a highly respected real estate professional with over a decade of real estate financing experience. He is responsible for leading the Alberta Real Estate Sales team and managing a Western Canadian real estate portfolio, specializing in both interim and long-term financing solutions for private builder/developers as well as large institutional and corporate clients.
