    Onsite registration if available will include a $10 increase from online registration pricing.
    Come join the ULI SF Young Leaders Group on the evening of November 17th for the annual deal crawl and walking tour. This year, our spotlight is focused on the evolving Mission Bay neighborhood. We'll explore the history of Mission Bay and its path to become one of the most exciting neighborhoods in the city. We'll examine a variety of large-scale development projects that are in all stages of development – adaptively reused, newly constructed, under construction, or in the entitlement stage. The event will feature several speakers that have been instrumental in realizing the vision of Mission Bay’s development throughout the years.
     
    We’ll kick off the walking tour at the Restoration Hardware terrace, then embark on a 1½- mile walk past a variety of projects including, but not limited to, a world-renowned hospital and medical school, some very nice basketball courts, and a waterside park. This event will conclude with a hosted happy hour.

    5:45 PM – 6:00 PM: Tour 2177 3rd Street (guest speaker: Guion Childress)
    6:10 PM – 6:25 PM: History of Mission Bay (guest speaker: Thor Kaslofsky)
    6:30 PM – 6:45 PM: Chase Center (guest speaker: Yoyo Chan Murphy)
    6:50 PM – 7:05 PM: Mission Rock (guest speaker: Kristian Weeks)
    7:10 PM – 8:00 PM: Drinks and networking at ATWater Tavern
