As part of the ULI Asia Pacific Summit, the Awards for Excellence Ceremony is open to both the public and ULI members, including Summit and non-Summit attendees, offering a rare opportunity to experience the region’s premier celebration of development excellence.

Held alongside the Summit, the ceremony brings together members, winners, jurors, and industry leaders to recognise the most impactful real estate and urban development projects across Asia Pacific.

This is the only Summit session open to both members and non-members, including those not registered for the full Summit, providing a unique opportunity to experience the energy and insights of the region’s flagship gathering.

Hear directly from this year’s winners as they share lessons from delivering complex, high-performance projects, followed by a forward-looking discussion with jurors and market leaders on how capital, design, and policy are reshaping cities across the region.

The session concludes with an official press announcement and awards presentation hosted by Angela Cain, ULI Global CEO, celebrating projects that demonstrate excellence across planning, delivery, economics, and community impact.
