Webinar Summary

'Spotlight on Resilient Cities – How Investors are Factoring in City-Level Climate Risks in their Investment Decision-Making'

Many assets held by real estate investors are in cities vulnerable to the effects of climate change, ranging from more frequent severe weather events such as excess rainfall, extreme heat, and wildfires to more gradual changes such as rising sea-levels. ULI have partnered with Heitman, Arup and Milliman to assess the potential impact of climate change on the long-term value of real estate assets.

In this webinar, we will begin with a presentation on this highly relevant topic, and then key leaders from the sector will discuss what challenges climate change provides for cities, how cities are mitigating these risks and how investors can address these in their own investment strategies.
