We know that the key strength of ULI is the passion and commitment of our members. This dedication has driven our success and will continue to shape our future. We also recognize that leadership emerges from all corners of our organization.

Over the next two years, we will be appointing at least eight new Global Board members. For this nomination cycle we will be appointing at least four new Global Board members, and are particularly interested in candidates with the following experience and characteristics:

• Demonstrated experience and competencies that are essential to good governance, including serving in ULI leadership roles (e.g. former leaders of Product, District and National Councils), a strategic mindset, a track-record of serving on other high-performing Boards, a strong community leadership presence and profile, and access to deep industry networks and resources.
• Varied backgrounds, perspectives, and demographics that reflect balanced geographic and professional representation across the regions and the rich diversity of the members we serve.
