ULI Hong Kong YLG: Back to School Series with CityU Department of Economics & Finance – Day in the Life & Lifecycle of Real Estate Fund Management

Are you interested in what’s daily life like working at a real estate fund? Or if you are already in the field, are you interested to know more about different areas of the industry? Join us for an informative panel discussion with specialists across various areas within a fund, including fund raising, fund investment, and fund management. We will introduce the lifecycle of real estate fund, real estate investment, and overall real estate industry, followed by panel discussion which facilitates students / newcomers with better career insights.
This session is part of ULI YLG’s School Partnership Initiative and is being held in partnership with Department of Economics and Finance at City University of Hong Kong. Our main target audience is master’s students in Master of Finance as part of their industry practical lecture series. Whether you’re an industry professional attempting to expand knowledge of real estate funds or students/newcomers looking to find out which field could be of more interest, come join us!
