The Returns on Resilience project showcases real estate developments that exhibit best practices in resilient design—from the building to the neighborhood scale with positive financial, operational and other business outcomes. The projects profiled have achieved measurable returns such as increased real estate value, discounted insurance premiums,marketing value, mission advancement and more.
This research initiative builds from the Returns on Resilience report, which was released in 2015. ULI continues to add case studies to the online case study library and welcomes nominations for additional projects to profile. Project nominations can be submitted to email@example.com.
