Thriving communities house all residents, regardless of income. ULI leads national efforts to create and sustain workforce and affordable housing. Panels draw on developers, public officials, policy leaders, investors, and designers experienced in building high-quality housing for all residents of a community.
Panels have explored the creation of a new town to provide workforce housing in Idaho’s growing Sun Valley resort area and the redevelopment of Los Angeles’ Jordan Downs public housing development into a mixed-income community.
All ULI panel teams include professionals with diverse points of view—engineers, developers, planners, designers, investors, market analysts, and public officials—who work together to generate grounded, innovative solutions.
Sponsors for these panels include:
- Workforce housing organizations
