China Resources City Crossing Phase II in Shenzhen is a large urban complex completed in November 2009 with 300,000 SM total building area, 1,382 parking spaces and 4.79 FAR. Encompassing the 36-story Grand Hyatt Hotel, the exclusive Park Lane Manor Residential Towers, and multiple luxury retail options, Phase II not only transforms an urban village into a world-class development, but provides a new, exceptional business model for the people of China. The 76,000-SM Grand Hyatt Shenzhen is the sixth Hyatt Hotel in China and has received rave reviews from travel publications around the world. The integrated, picturesque, outdoor retail design has drawn international luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Cartier, and the 110,000-SM, 768-unit Park Lane Manor offers an elegant housing option for Shenzhen’s elite.
