Why 300 North LaSalle

Developed by Hines and designed by the internationally recognized firm Pickard Chilton, the 60-story, 1.3 million-square-foot building continues the extraordinary tradition of exceptional Chicago architecture. Rising 800 feet from the Chicago River, 300 North LaSalle, among the city’s tallest buildings, offers 200 feet of frontage along the river, featuring an outdoor plaza with seating and a large waterfront café. Other building amenities include a three-level 225-car garage, cafe, fitness center, conference center, and bank. As a certified LEED-CS Gold development, the tower is extremely energy efficient. Its façade is clad in richly articulated glass and stainless steel, maximizing the introduction of daylight and minimizing solar gain. The building has had extraordinary success in attracting tenants, as evidenced by its 96% leased status.
