Arie Koornneef is sinds 1 april 2017 directeur van ASN Bank. In de periode hiervoor werkte hij jarenlang bij de Volksbank en haar bankmerken, in de rol van onder meer directeur marketingstrategie & innovatie en directeur marketing bij SNS. Daarvoor was hij actief voor de internationale NGO’s Simavi en YfC. Naast zijn dagelijkse baan bij ASN Bank is Arie als vrijwilliger bestuurlijk actief voor een aantal stichtingen en verenigingen in Nederland.

Achtergrond als stedenbouwkundige (TU Delft), adviseur ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen (Twynstra Gudde) en ontwikkelingsmanager (Amvest). Vanuit tijd bij ‘THNK School of Creative Leadership’ holistisch perspectief op maatschappelijke vraagstukken van deze tijd en impact van ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen ontwikkeld en daarna smart gemaakt voor Synchroon in een pragmatische benadering op 7 impactgebieden: sterke samenleving, gezondheid en geluk, stadsnatuur, circulaire materialen & stromen, Co2 reductie en circulaire businesscases. In projecten in samenwerking met gemeenten plannen aan het ontwikkelen, waarbij ‘stapeling van duurzaamheidsambities’ versus haalbaarheid, met name tegelijk met opgave betaalbare woningbouw wel een grote uitdaging is momenteel.

Hans Op ‘t Veld is Head of Responsible Investment bij PGGM. In deze hoedanigheid leidt hij een team van 15 professionals die zorgdragen voor de implementatie van verantwoord beleggen in PGGM’s beleggingsportefeuille van ca. € 240 miljard. Hans bekleedt deze positie sinds mei 2018. Hans is lid van PGGM’s Public en Private Markets management teams. Daarnaast is hij lid van het Algemeen Bestuur van Eumedion, Vice-voorzitter van de Investor Advisory Group van de Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Lid van de Design Authority van de SDI Asset Owner Platform en is hij Research Fellow bij de Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Hans heeft een achtergrond in vastgoed belegging, strategie, allocatie en performance measurement met een internationale focus. Hans was Partner bij Global Property Research (GPR), een onderneming gespecialiseerd in strategy consulting, benchmarking en performance meting voor beursgenoteerd vastgoed vanaf 1996. In 2001 werd hij onderdeel van de corporate finance afdeling van Kempen in Amsterdam met een focus op vastgoed. Daarna trad hij in dienst bij IPD (nu onderdeel van MSCI) in Londen in 2003 als Director of Property Vehicles. Hier hield hij zich onder meer bezig met de ontwikkeling van indices voor private vastgoedfondsen. In 2007 begon Op ’t Veld bij PGGM waar hij verantwoordelijk was voor de Listed Real Estate Securities afdeling tot aan de transitie naar zijn huidige rol. Hans heeft de grad van drs in Financiële Economie van de Universiteit Maastricht en is een PhD. kandidaat aan de Universiteit Tilburg.

As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 250 local meetings and events across 14 countries. She is responsible for working with ULI’s staff both locally and globally to deliver more high profile content and reports; coordinating Advisory Services panels and Urban Plan; and expanding the Institute’s thought leadership across Europe. Van Doorn joined ULI in January 2015 from LIRE, her own consultancy business, which advises international institutional real estate investors and fund managers on strategy, organisational optimisation and portfolio structuring. Prior to this, van Doorn was country manager for CBRE Global Investors where she managed a €1.6bn portfolio of assets in Italy and fund manager of two shopping centre funds (€ 1.3 billion) with assets in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Before joining CBRE Global Investors, van Doorn was founding chief executive for INREV, the European association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles for four and a half years. Van Doorn started her career at ING Investment Management, where she held account manager and assistant controller positions before being made managing director of research & strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.

Pieter Hendrikse joined JLL as CEO of the Netherlands in November of 2017, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate to the company.
